We ate there for lunch on Monday. Great service. My husband got fish tacos and they were excellent. I got the eggplant stack. DO NOT ORDER IT. It was two paper thin fried eggplant slices, one tomato slice, two cucumber slices, one slice of Swiss cheese and an extreme amount of spinach. I remember when it used to be served with two thick pieces of eggplant (come on now! Eggplant is not expensive) We tipped well because the service was great but I doubt we'll be eating here again for a good long bit. There are so many other restaurants that are not stingy with a $15+ sandwich.
Choose between either outdoor or indoor seating with a charming atmosphere.
What a wonderful place to eat and talk.

Very nice place. Great menu. Outside seating on the 3rd story balcony.
Always walk away feeling like it just want worth the money. The staff are very pleasant.
Beautiful restaurant with great tasting food. Ordered the Blackened Pork Chop Sandwich and the soup of the day, Bacon Potato Soup. Delicious!
Damien, our server, was very attentive and took care of our every need. Even making helpful suggestions. What a lovely addition to our trip to St. Charles historic downtown district.
I enjoyed my first visit! The upstairs seating next to the window was very nice. Our server Pattyn was very sweet and attentive. I enjoyed the club and white chicken chili. Very yummy ๐ I hope to come back and try more menu items.
Charming restaurant. We sat at a high top by the front window which was lovely. Our server was very good. Knowledgeable, made suggestions, checked on us. The food was ok. The taco salad barely had lettuce in it. The apple bacon quesadilla had a lot promise but the blue cheese overpowered the whole dish. Iโd still go back and try something else.

Was very disappointed in the portion of angel hair pasta in the shrimp scampi. Had a good amount of shrimp but the angel hair pasta was literally one spoon full. The flavor was good and the salad was as well.
Over all really fun place, with the buildings history and interesting architecture and style, I would recommend this place for a nice bite to Get, though my only negative side is the fact that it's prices are quite high for the food your getting

Lewis and Clark's has it all. Their food never disappoints and their service is always amazing. Bartenders B.R. and Mooney treat us like family and we will forever be thankful for how personable they are, and go above and beyond to provide elevated service! However, would never fail to mention, they are masters of their craft with their absolutely amazing, best coctails in all of st. Charles, let alone the st. Louis area. If you don't know what you like, leave it up to them and they will make you the most delicious drink of your life! Lewis and Clark's continues to be our favorite date night, get away spot where we can go to relax and be treated right. Tonight we just dropped in to say hi because of their busy demand but B.R. and Mooney were still able to take the time to talk to us which made our night! ๐๐ฉต๐

Great atmosphere. The Cajun burger burned my nostrils. Horridly overseasoned. My fettuccine Alfredo was bland, tasteless. The house salad tasted like it was out of an Aldi prepackaged bag. The best thing was the spinach and artichoke dip. It's pretty awful when the best thing on the table is an appetizer.

Was just there last night and sat at the bar. Our bartender was great. Cocktails and apps are perfect.
