We wandered into Sugarbot Creamery on Main Street, and the smell of sugar hit us right in the face in the best possible way! The whole place feels like stepping back in time to the 40s–50s, from the retro radio and old-school music to the bow ties the staff wear. Sitting at the counter felt so nostalgic, and the attention to detail is spot-on. The ice cream? Absolutely delicious! 😋

Pro tip: it’s tucked toward the end of Main Street don’t stop walking until you find it, because it’s 100% worth it!

Really cute place and I was so excited to be there since it’s my partners favorite local spot but maybe today was an off day for them. My partner and I ordered their monthly themed milkshake that sounded so good and was so pretty but unfortunately after waiting for the entire family of 4-5+ behind us to get their things our milkshakes came out and the milkshake was close to room temperature, not cold at all and the graham cracker crispy treat on a stick was definitely not my favorite due to the texture of the bar, I only took a couple of bites before just wrapping it up in a napkin “for later”. I didn’t want to steal my partners spark because we’ve been talking about this all week but $30 for warm milkshakes and inedible crispy treats seemed a bit much.

Walked in and waited awhile to be helped. I asked for a printed menu because they literally have a sign under that’s not all that says ask for our printed menu and got barked out saying they didn’t have one. I pointed it out and just got a blank look so I walked out. Came back in with the intention of ordering with my family but after I told my husband what happened he was like let’s try another place. Very disappointed since I had saved this place in my to do list for our trip to st Charles

Impeccable. What else is there to say? If you have to pick just one “ice cream shop” in the St. Charles area, you’d better pick this one! Creamy, fresh, rich, light, flavorful… amazing ice cream! The ambiance is just the cherry on top!
