McAlister's Deli

Everyone in the back was just goofing off the whole time we were there. I get it, its not a serious situation to make soups and sandwiches. But it took almost 20 minutes for me to go up to the counter and inquire where the sandwich and soups were for my party of 2. They said something that it wasn't ready, but I could have deserts if I wanted. I was sort of in a rush after waiting 20 minutes, so I just said, no, I just want my meal that I paid $30+ for. Then about 10 minutes later the soup and sandwich came out, but I had to eat it so quickly, so that I could continue with my day.

Had a taste for a good sandwich, went to my go to meal. Club from McAlisters. My sandwich was TRASH! It legit looked like a 5 year old made it. Very low quality, presentation. It looked disgusting. The staff even made a weird look when I brought it back. They did remake it but honestly I’ll probably never go back bc I’m turned off and honestly I should’ve gotten my money back! This is not the sandwich that’s advertised or promoted!

Needed info on a certain discount and as soon as I came to the counter a young lady named Emmett greeted me with a welcoming smile and such professionalism. It made my experience for asking a question a memorable one. We need more future store owners like here on the frontline.

I've never been in until a couple days ago. The staff was very friendly and hard working. They made the order impressive ly quick and one item was missing but they fixed it before I even could ask. 🏆 👍🏽

8/30/2025 7:49pm order for choose 2 chicken salad and spud with choose 2 bacon spud and cup country potato. I asked three times at our table as employee brought out orders. First told it would be 10 minute wait, then they brought out whole large plain potato on a plate. Then brought out 1/2 chic salad and another plain potato but no butter or sour cream. Went up to counter to ask about order again. I told the missing order to employees 3-4 times. Never did get soup or bacon cheddar spud. Asked for refund and only got missing order refunded. Then asked for entire refund because my mom had to eat her cold food. They put the soup on order window then spilled it across the window when I said I wanted a refund. I didn’t get any food I ordered. I did get a tea I ordered. I asked for manager and it was the girl who refused to tell me her name. Then I said to another employee to give me her name and he said she is K**** w*****. Then refunded my missing food at 8:27pm then voided my entire order at 8:29pm. I called your corporate number at 8:30pm and no one available except Monday to Friday. I will call Tuesday since Monday is Labor Day holiday. I am also sending this message now for response. I’m very certain they were 8 people working who could not make a cup of soup in 30 minutes when repeated the order 4 times. I’m very certain this is all on camera.

Don’t go to this McAlsters on hwy 94- they used to offer veteran discounts and suddenly now they DON’T. That’s the thanks the veterans get for their service. If you have to have this food, go to a different location. The manager there is not a nice person.

We were disappointed with our recent visit. The service was slow. It took too long for the food to get to our table. When the food arrived, it was barely warm. The butter didn’t melt on my potato. It had been like it set for a little while before it brought to our table. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and we will not be returning any time soon

My daughter and I came here to have lunch. The young man who took our order was Anthony. He was very polite and kind. When we got to the screen where it asks for a tip (I always feel weird with those because I feel bad if I don’t do it), he said “just press the x”. I’ve never had that happen before. He was very conscientious, always looking for things that needed doing. I am a high school teacher and that is a quality I hope for my students to have. I highly recommend this McAllister’s especially when Anthony is working. 😊

Placed a to go order. They messed up both my orders. While I was waiting for my food, there was an employee pre packing the pickles. Watched him rub his face and wipe his nose with the gloves on and then go right back to the pickles with the same gloves. To top it off, he went to the bathroom, came back with no gloves and continue packing the pickles.
