Over priced. Asked for tip before service provided, big no no for me. I have worked in food industry. Tips are earned. Service here was fine. My salad was good. My husband's was full of the stem sections of lettuce heads, the hard part you can not eat. Two teas and two salads $30. We used to enjoy McAlister's. Hadn't eaten there in years. We were very disappointed.

Delivery driver (DoorDash) was in parking lot for 20-30 mins before picking up food. Better to not offer delivery than use DoorDash. Some of order had to be reheated.

Eat at McAlisters every once in a while. Usually at other locations. My girlfriend was sick and wanted to get her some comfort food so went and ordered two bowls of soup and a ham and cheese melt. The soup bowls were only about 2/3 full and the sandwich had hardly no meat and one slice of tomato that I don't know how the cut it so thin. Worst sandwich I've had at McAlisters. Check your food before you leave the store.

I did not wait for the food. The employee I dealt with was extremely rude to me, probably because I am transgender and I witnessed her being very polite to others. You’re issues have nothing to do with food.

We went specifically to try the Buffalo Chix Nachos. Not very 'Buffaloey'. The roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce was tasty, but so fatty that I had to take the whole thing apart and remove 1/3 of it.
Okay place to grab some sammiches if you don't mind the mess! Potato salad is good and the pickles are super crispy! Had to update my review after a revisit (10/8/2023. I thought it would be better this time... Came to grab my online order and didn't see my witch's brew drink so I had to wait inline only to find out that they were out, no biggie to get a strawberry lemonade instead, but the atmosphere was horrible. At least 8 plates inside and 1 table outside that needed to be cleaned but wasn't. Was waiting maybe 10-15 minutes and there were plenty of employees that could've picked this up but didn't.Parking: Tons 9f parking in the stripmall.

This location off of Hwy 94 in St. Charles, Mo. Seems to have slipped a little. Food not as good as it used to be and the restaurant smelled funny.

This is my second time getting burned by this location right before closing. Half of my sandwich had no meat, just one small strip of bacon. I may have to find another location. That sucks because this one is on my route home.*UPDATE*I was able to speak with a representative via email, and I did receive a VIP card for a replacement meal. The store manager was very polite and apologized about the situation. I am appreciative that the store did acknowledge my concerns.
