Wow. Just wow. So hard to find a great croissant. We tried the plain, chocolate and ham&cheese. All were amazing, flaky and tender. The chocolate chip w/sea salt are to die for. Oh yeah, the sourdough.

I am not familiar with the social media presence of the owner or the bakery. My wife and her friend stopped by and purchased some croissants and a cinnamon roll, and she brought them home to enjoy because I had been ranting about the fact that you couldn't find any locally that were worth a damn. I am picky, to a fault, and my wife knows and accepts it. For me to say what I am about to is rare: This is the best cinnamon roll I have ever had. Period. The croissants are the best I have had in the states and rival the best of those I have had in France. This place deserves any and all recognition they can get, and more. Holy hell, this man has a gift.

A lot of places are making bread these days, but Mr. Meowski's does it right. This is some of the finest sourdough I've ever had... great crust, perfect tang, and consistently delicious. Highly recommended.
