One of my favorite local coffee shops. I grew up going to Picasso’s and it still holds up as a great spot for coffee in St. Charles. They have fantastic seasonal drinks (the Sugar Plum Mocha was a recent standout) and my regular order is the Black Forest Mocha. The location on Main Street is charming, with the Missouri River in view. I also love that they feature local artists and you can browse the artwork while enjoying your coffee. I love it here!

I like to come here with people for one-on-one meetings and study dates with my fiancee. I'm not quite sure why, but the aesthetic and atmosphere lends itself well to that sort of activity. The food is usually very good, and it's fun when they have an open-mic or one of their community events. I would recommend this place for a nice lunch with a close friend or family member(s).

This coffee bar, with two St. Charles locations, has captured the ambiance of a Parisian cafe in Old Town St. Charles. The food is tasty, and the coffee is good enough to satisfy a California coffee snob

Ordered coffee latte blueberry muffin. Later asked for ice water. Water had previously been free and self served. Now it costs 30 cents a cup. This is petty service and a total ripoff. I wont be back!

Always good choice for a quick drink and snack. Visit friends and family or have a game while you sit and relax.

No experience of latte art. Ordered a cafe latte, they did not even asked whether I want in a mug or to-go paper cup and gave out the paper one.

This has been our go-to coffee/breakfast spot for years. Very friendly staff, nice pastry selection, great coffee. And their breakfast burrito always hits the spot.

No intense bitterness, no tangy acidity — just pure, calm balance.
First sip might feel “too safe,” but that feels good. Comforting coffee in a lovely local café.

Dirty, drinks were suppose to be for here and made them Togo. Taste like they didn't even add my camel to my latte. 1pm Sunday 11/23 no names on the workers

Overall not good. I came here with my friends so we each ordered a drink. Out of the 4 drinks we ordered we all only enjoyed one of them-the sugar plum mocha. The matcha was gritty, the iced brown sugar latte was watery, the Carmel latte was mid. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you only want an aesthetic picture of your coffee cup but not good flavor.

I have had about 6 different drinks from Picasso’s and all of them were fantastic. Starting with the coffee they have, it’s very strong and has a great quality flavor. It isn’t a typical coffee shop coffee where it tastes like a watery or cheap coffee or like a ton of sugar and cream dumped into it for flavor. You actually taste coffee and it’s a good quality of coffee as well that is rich and bold with great options for flavors. I also had a lemonade drink from here as well and my fiancée and I both agreed that it was the best lemonade we had ever had from a drink shop. I have full intent to go back and try a smoothie at some point and see how it tastes because I’m sure it will be absolutely delicious as well. The inside of the establishment is very clean and has a nice aesthetic to it and I enjoy sitting at a table and sipping on my coffee. The service has always been good for me as well, quick service and the cashier has always been friendly and the staff has always been kind every time we went in. I definitely recommend Picasso’s and will be back here again!

Lovely little coffee shop on the Main Street of St. Charles. The staff were super friendly and the venue was nice. Plenty of students and people in when I arrived. The only downside was the coffee was not good at all.
