I was first introduced to Pieology by a friend, about 2 1/2 years ago. I am so grateful for the introduction because I love this place. Their service is always amazing. And I love how fresh the toppings are. There isn't a location close to where I live so I make the drive whenever I need some super fresh and my own personalized pizza. You have to try this place if you haven't already!

Been going to this location 4 times a week for quite some time. This time I asked for extra cheese and the worker was getting upset and slinging toppings on my pizza left and right. He was shoving my food and once I got to the counter the female continued with the rudeness. I'm so done with this location. Not sure if the problem is the color of my skin but whatever it is I WON'T BE BACK. I can go to one of the other restaurants around here or to Dewey's Pizza. This was my favorite quick spot but not anymore. I AM SO DONE! You only get one time to treat me that way. No matter what, my money is still green.

Fast casual pizza is always a solid choice. Pieology is one of many chains which have sprung up over the years across the country. Expect quick service - unlimited toppings and a bevy of options to craft a pie to meet the most discerning tastes. They've begun to offer three types of crusts - original, wheat and now thick. The thin crust does not get super crusty - the end of the pie slice will hang low when enjoying your bite - but no fear - take it slow and you will enjoy the flavor profile. Pretty solid value for the money - it is not mass quantity - it is about quality.

My pizza was very good but my friend ordered the deep dish pizza and he couldn't get extra cheese on top because it would prevent the crust from cooking all the way. He got his deep dish after I had already ate half of my pizza. His deep dish was burnt on the bottom and the italian sausage was burnt on the top.

Poor curb service. I called the number on the sign when I got there and got no answer. I called three times before someone answered and she seemed to have no idea what was going on. I either got disconnected or she hung up. I spent ten minutes trying to get a pizza that was paid for and supposedly ready. It was very frustrating and I was very surprised. I've not had such bad service before.

Insulted me with a poorly cut, greasy, faceless circle of bread. Literally gave me a “pizza” that had no sauce, cheese, or toppings. The “cook” should be seriously questioned. Terrible. Would not recommend.

Food is excellent and very fast. Got the thick crust and wasn't sorry. Ordered the margarita pizza and the tomatoes were fresh and sweet, Excellent quality

Pieology always has great pizza - one of the best! BUT - I don't always trust those in charge. Just two days ago, "Tyrone" overcharged me on my bill. I went back to him to have him straighten it out, and he said he "took care of it", indicating he took the charge off my card. Today I did not see it on the card, and called the manager. She told me that they can't actually give me a partial refund on the card. So I feel he lied to me to get me off his back, and on to other customers. If I drive back (12) miles in the next two days, they will give me my $1.75 back... no way to treat loyal customers!Earlier my Pieology app advertised a special, so we went in to use it. Come to find out that - in 2 point font - it only applied to two restaurants in Arizona. What?? Why advertise it here to me in Missouri? I felt it was shady advertising. Be very careful about their specials and what they charge...

The food was alright they are 11 inch personal pizzas for a decent price the only thing I didn't like was I asked if they had cheesy sticks or cheese bread and was told no but when I got there I seen that they had a cheese stick type Pizza and I tried to add that to my order and the guy behind the counter said that once an order is placed you cannot add to your order which didn't make sense to me since I was there and I was going to pay for my food you know I don't understand why I can't add something to my order if I'm there getting my food and I want something else so I didn't really like his attitude other than that the pizza was decent really wish I would have got to try the churro 1 and the cheese one and their deep dish sounds like it might be all right to but that's only if I go back

We ordered five pizzas plus garlic bread for take-out tonight, and left without pizzas about an hour later, as the order management system was down. The employees and manager (who was not to be seen in the front room) were in no place to fulfill my order. When I came into the store to pick up the order, the employee took a stash of seven pizzas from the shelf and opened every single box in front of me to compare toppings with my order. We were able to identify four of the pizzas (plus the garlic bread), but one was missing. After about 20 minutes, the additional pizza was ready, and the employee wanted to send me on my way with four boxes. When I pointed out that I needed a total of six boxes, he wanted to look through a few more pizzas on the shelf to identify the missing pizza. Looking through boxes of finished meals is extremely unhygienic even outside of a pandemic, which wasn't taken too seriously anyways, with masks down, masks being touched, and no sanitizer around. At this point, I declined to accept any part of the order. Doordash was absolutely hassle-free to get a refund, but it was late and we were without food. Even though the system being down might have been bad luck, the manager and crew were not responding appropriately at all, and it showed the worst of them. With this experience, I will not be back.
