Arrived before 3pm for Brunch, seated and was told that last orders are taken at 2:55pm. Ok. Guess we’ll order from the lunch menu. Proceeded to order a beer, sorry we’re out of that one. Picked another one, sorry we’re out of that too. I’m now 0-3. Food was ok. I’ll think twice before trying this place again.

This last visit was not great. I am not a fan of goat cheese, so I had asked for a swap as I usually do. My salad arrived with goat cheese and the sweet potatoes in the salad were not done. What was most aggravating was that I asked no cheese to be put on my chicken sandwich; I guess someone saw the note after they made it as the cheese was scraped off my chicken but not all of it as I could still taste the goat cheese. I returned all of my order and usually a manager or someone comes over to make the situation right, that didn't happen, and I left hungry and disappointed.

We dined for breakfast at 8 a.m. The breakfast menu items are quite expensive (prices are not on their website), such as $19 for Benedicts and omelets. Bacon and eggs are $18. Pancakes are for the budget minded at $16. Food was mediocre--my Paris Benedict on a croissant was a half of a croissant (maybe they were low on croissants?), the chorizo on my partner's Benedict was very mild--much more like pork sausage. The side of sweet potato hash was steamed sweet potatoes tossed with spinach, apples and sauteed onions--it was not a dish that was cohesive or sauteed together. Service was excellent other than the hostess seating a party of four right alongside us when the entire very large dining room was empty except for one other table?? Did we really all need to hear each other's conversations.

The staff is impeccably trained and demonstrated teamwork on a very busy night. The wine was delicious and the food mouth watering. Tried the new vegan chili and it is a winner!!! Only complaint is noise level was a little loud....

Upon visiting you’ll be greeted by a friendly wait staff, and promptly seated during peak times as this establishment has a larger restaurant size and staffing. The food is prepared and seasoned well enough for the average patron, however the menu is rather small and prices are quite elevated compared to that of similar dining spots, and that little elusive quality that makes the price worth it is seemingly absent here. The atmosphere gives off an energy of trying to be upscale but not quite hitting the mark. Overall I’d recommend Prasino if you can get on board with the price or if you feel the juice is worth the squeeze for convenience while in Streets of St. Charles.

My husband and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary at Prasinos and it was a great experience. Our server, Jeremy, was so polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was great! I ordered the Greek Salad and Truffle Fries. I would recommend this place for excellent service and great quality food!
