We have eaten here several times. Brunch is good and never been moved to leave a review until my last visit. Didn't realize they had Turkey Burgers on the menu so we tried it. Because we eat Turkey burgers a lot we know good and bad ones. This Turkey burger, had potential to be great except for one thing...mixing the meat with Panko. That's all good for Salmon burgers but Panko in a Turkey burger not only is unnecessary, but takes away from it really being a burger. It felt like I was eating more bread than meat and made for a disappointing experience. Everything else that came with the burger was great, but it seemed the chef was trying to be more creative than needed to be. Remove the Panko and this will go down to being a great burger.

Prasinos is consistantly top notch. The food is more upscale than most places. Our bartender/waiter Franny was great. Today we split the sesame crusted ahi tuna and steak tacos, they were delicious and full of flavor.

Kelly was our server for lunch today and she knocked it out of the park! Prasino is at the streets of St. Charles. Nice place to meet family and friends for a good meal. I liked my hanger steak salad. It was delicious and filling. The salmon was the real star of the show. It was cooked perfectly nutty and crunchy on top. Prasino is a good choice for something a little different and delicious.
