D was our server. Seated us immediately. She was lovely to talk to and took great care of us. We will be back! Recommend this restaurant!
Loved it
Amazing! Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! From the unusual spicy toasted ravioli sauce and trash can nachos to the Nashville Sliders which were chicken and waffles. Live music was exceptional and drinks were fantastic. Will return for sure. Oh and they have a vape machine with my hard to find geek bar flavor watermelon! Try the candied jalapenos!!!!!!!
The food was good. But very limited buffet (especially for Mother’s Day brunch buffet). The advertisement for brunch is much more extensive than reality. Several chafing dishes were empty. No signs indicating entree names.
Quite disappointing.
So I hit up The Q last night with three of my buddies. We’re bowling, drinking, vibing — having a solid night. Paid my $5 cover like everyone else. Then, out of absolutely nowhere, some clown of a bouncer strolls up to me talking about ‘there’s a complaint, you need to leave.’ No details, no explanation, no chance to even ask what the hell he’s talking about. I’ve never been kicked out of a bar in my life because — shocker — I wasn’t doing a damn thing wrong.
I asked him what the complaint was, who made it, and if I could speak to a manager like any normal person would. This dude straight up ignored me like I didn’t exist, then put his hands on me and shoved me out. Mind you — I’m not some loud, aggressive guy. I wasn’t causing problems. But apparently at The Q, all it takes to get a guy kicked out is for some girl to whisper something to bouncer, and boom — you’re out, no questions asked.
It’s obvious this place only caters to women. If I made some baseless complaint about a girl, you think they’d toss her out? Not a chance. It’s sexist garbage. And don’t get me started on the bouncer — dude could barely string a sentence together. It was like trying to argue with a brick wall. What a joke.
This place is trash. 1 out of 5 stars. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with self-respect. If you’re a guy, don’t waste your time or money — unless you like being treated like you don’t matter
The security at front door 04/19/25 take their job way too seriously grabbed me by my arm walking back in from smoking after I already paid and told me to wait in line waited in line got back to the door and they said I was kicked out when my card was still open at bar understood I had to wait in line but still no reason to put your hands on someone and also take their money f this place for real
Customer service super poor. Can not even answer questions, door guy is rude and only care about how close you smoke to door. Though the music was lit and couldn’t send anyone there , the rude and have no customer service skills ❤️
Q had music - individual singer with electric guitar. NOT a good singer and way too loud. Very much took away from the night.
We went out for valentines dinner and had such a good time! The service was AMAZING, Haas was so quick and funny! The food was absolutely delicious and the guitarist singing was such a good romantic touch.
Steak was delicious and tender. Cut up for as well. Waittress was very attentive and followed through with our requests like a champ!

It's been a few years ago, but the service was much better. They may be suffering from trying to find workers, but there was one three tables before us that already had their orders. But the bar tender took the order and apparently they delivered a large salad and forgot the chicken and brussel sprouts; and took forever to get that. They charged for the large salad, so watch your check. When we finally got the food, we needed to-go box. In total it took over an hour. Definitely not recommend.

Let me begin with, I have a degree in hospitality restaurant management. Walking in, the hostess was polite and found our reservation immediately. It was so noisy. There was a guitarist whose music was so loud I couldn't even have a yelling conversation with my husband. The table we were sat at abutted some kind of riser situation and I was about a foot away from the table and couldn't adjust the table or the seat. There were straw wrappers all over the floor and the table was not sufficiently wiped down. The server was kind and came right away. She took our order and it took forever to get our meal. Mine was delicious, my husband order a medium well burger, it came out as a cheeseburger. We sent it back snd in about 3 minutes a new burger came out... after waiting about 30 minutes for the original. It was rare. Disappointed. BTW, the menu on line is not the same as what the menu is when you get there. About half the on line items are available. My pasta was good but it had a less than amount of chicken. The flavor was great, however. Beware! For some reason I can't add photos which show the trash on the floor and the rare burger. I always start with a mid range grade and go from there. The food was good/great, but this is what I EXPECT from a restaurant.
I made a reservation on Open Table and it was confirmed. When we got to restaurant- they said it was for the next day. So we got a “leftover “ seat. Not the high top in the window like I had reserved. Took them forever to get our drink order. The meal I ordered was a beef stew with puff pastry on top. Waiter brought out a bowl of stew and stale bread. He told me the chef didn't have time to make the pastry!! That was the Main reason I ordered it!! So I paid $19 for plain stew and stale bread. Our new waitress tried her best, and was very kind.
To be transparent, Christmas Traditions is in full swing today. First, the hostess failed to even acknowledge us, a party of 7, standing directly beside the hostess stand, for 15 minutes. After noticing that there was an entire staff of 3 working the tables and the bar, we were told that as soon as 2 hi-tops were cleaned off, we could be seated. Having members of our party within the service industry, we offered to pre-bus the tables for the waitress. She snapped back with “you have to wait patiently, there are only 3 of us here!”. We were waiting patiently, for 25 minutes at that point. She then proceeded behind the bar and told another server that she would not be serving us. After a few more minutes, we were seated and brought our drinks. It is now 40 minutes later and our orders have yet to be taken. I cannot rate the food as we are about to be walking out. So, with over an hour invested, we still haven’t eaten. I feel like poor planning for what would definitely be a busy day is the main culprit here, but poor personal interaction with the employee was more than enough to send us on our way.
