I like this sam's club location which is the only reason I'd recommend it. The only cashier this morning (11/25/23 8:28 am) was a total grinch. She was just rude for no reason. Why subject customers to someone so unfriendly? Put her on stock if she can't be basic polite.

I just left Sam’s St. Charles MO.Only 3 self checkout & 2 cashier lanes were open.All lanes were backed down the aisles.I approached the attendant, Carla.She was rude & said she the others were broken

They fired my favorite employee Angela for an unfair reason. Her customer service game was a1! And I would follow her to Costco if I could find her!

A cashier finally opened a new lane...we walked up to check out...apparently a guy felt we didn’t wait long enough & got in my husband’s face...the cashier stood their looking around instead of scanning our items. Then told us to go to the end of the line & wait again. Her words were I’m not here to be involved in member arguments ( even though we said nothing to the guy), I’m here to serve & be happy. That was after we waited again! The guy who got in my husbands face was still in line when we left. I guess we didn’t spend enough for the cashier to just do her job & not penalize us bc some guy was running his mouth instead of minding his business! So needless to say I’m not sure I’ll go back to that sams....rude cashier

Ordered a large safe. We were told that it would be delivered inside our front door. Delivery guys wouldn't take it up 6 steps that they knew about. Would only put in our lower garage. Now I have to hire someone to move it inside house, even tho we paid for delivery. Never again!! Horrible customer service.

Horrible experience at the bakery. I let my daughter pick out her birthday unicorn cake there and let the associate fill out the order form for it. Came back a week later to pick it up with her and the associate didn't even mark the unicorn design on the order form so all it said was happy birthday with my daughter's name but no decorations at all. They couldn't even fix it either and it was her Birthday that day! I did not accept the cake of course. I will never use their bakery again and will make sure to tell others not to either. You made a 5 year old very sad that day

I was sold a phone plan at St Charles Sams club and nothing the sales rep told me is true according to the statement emailed to me AFTER I signed the contract. NOTHING was like he wrote down as he described it in the store. I called him to discuss and he said he would call me back and still hasn’t. He told me nothing but lies as far as I am concerned. Sorry I ever considered doing business with Sams cell phone department.

No carts again and they seem to have stop cleaning them very poorly run sam’s club

Tried pick up for first time. When I got here at 1:40pm (my pick up time was 1pm to 2pm), the person working stated that none of the 1pm orders were pulled yet but they would go back and get it for me. I am still waiting 30min later. They state they have to be pulled...
