We eat at Spiro's in St. Charles often but last night we celebrated our 65th wedding Anniversary there as usual. Our waitress was Maria who was very nice. The food is always delicious.

Ate at the bar with Diana when we found out that our regular server, Jon, no longer worked there. We've been served by Diana when Jon wasn't around, and the service was top notch.

Best meal we've had out in a long while! I had the sea bass which was cooked perfectly and I will be dreaming about the sauce it was drizzled with. Vegetables were cooked perfectly. Husband had the prime rib which was also cooked perfectly. Son has food allergies and they accommodated with a phenomenal steak and sides. Audrey was the best waitress - be sure to ask for her!
