RUF to the RESCUE
Wow! I did a review 5 years ago for this steak 'n shake and gave it one star. They've really turned things around. It's like a totally different fast food restaurant. The food is phenomenal and the service was excellent. I have a feeling that a lot of the negative reviews are from several years ago. This place has really turned around. I will definitely be back.
Chili was great, thick and hot. They must have made changes. Food came out fast.

Went through drive-thru, it was pretty quick for made fresh. Got a burger and fries. Fries are pretty darn good. The burger could have used a little seasoning.

Beef tallo fries doesn't taste good compared to what was used before...Drive through took a while and they were out of Stake n Shake seasoning. Otherwise, great.

As promised here is my honest 5⭐ review 💯 Had wonderful service tonight from WILL! Ist I watched him assist a delivery driver with a missing order. I was very impressed bcz I myself am a Delivery driver and understand some of the frustrations we deal with. Then he got my order straightened out !! Great job Will tyvm Wish all mangners worked this professional and curtious!

The employee working the drive thru was awful and then I end up getting totally the wrong food and did not realize until I got the food back to work. I would not recommend this location unless you want to be surprised by what you actually get versus what you ordered.
