Not real pleased with service or accommodations. There was no tea available at the drink station. The service was very hard to understand and they were not very friendly. Great location, there is just room for improvement with service.

Soon as I go into the store, only 2 employees there & the one behind the counter looked down & agitated that she had to get up & make my sandwich. Didn't even say welcome to Subway. I said sorry to bother you & I walked out. No star!

Another Subway that is not supporting our troops. Went here for veterans day, for Subway's free 6-inch for United States veterans on veterans day. They acted like they didn't know english. And try to play a stupid game of you had to pay. Myself and three other veterans left.

People working here have difficulty remembering what you order. Ingredients are not fresh and they don’t seem to be able to keep up with cleanliness. The subs we got we all took one bite and threw them away because of the off flavors. We do not recommend ordering here.

My husband and I used to go to this location quite a bit before Covid and when I tell you it has gone downhill since then it has gone downhill. There are two younger Indian girls that work there that are completely unprofessional. We walked in we were never greeted. we walked up to the counter They continue to have a full-blown conversation and Indian. Didn’t talk to us once the only time they talk to us was when they were asking us what we want it on our sandwich. They toasted my husband and my sandwich together and it wasn’t even toasted. just completely rude and unprofessional. We will never go back to this location.

My husband just went in here and ended up having to pay full price ($25!) because the woman worker didn’t understand how coupons work. We presented a really easy coupon, $3.99 for a 6inch and $6.99 for a foot long. We didn’t order anything special, just classic sandwhiches, and the lady said the coupon wouldn’t work, but couldn’t give a reason why. First she said the coupon excludes chicken, beef and ham (as in any sandwhich?), then she said this wasn’t a participating location, and then she changed it to gibberish mumbling. The only thing the coupon says it excludes is “excludes footling sidekicks, the monster, the Mexicali, the turkey cali club, The beast and the garlic roast beef” which are “premium” sandwhiches so it makes sense, and we didn’t order those. We order regular classic subs with chicken. Make it make sense. They definitely need training on how to read a basic coupon.

12-09-23,There was two women in there when I came and they was talking to each other when I walked in so I tell them I'm here to pick up an order and they start on the order and still talking so I told them I'm be back...keep in mind there was no one in the store but them no other customers and when I got back they had no other customers and still talking and had the nerve to ask me to get the soda and chips so I told her I don't understand why they could not have did it and that this order just should have been ready because they wasn't doing anything time 7pm to 8pm.I think it is just sad they does this and it really needs to stop and for the record...it was one sandwich,bag of chips and a bottle drink!
