I went there today around 2:30. I had not been to subway in years. I ordered 1 footlong cold cut combo and a cookie. Nothing special. I was charged over 13 dollars. The lady's English was a little hard to understand so I asked her to repeat what she said and she pointed at the cash register and it was over 13 dollars. I paid and left. While driving back to the office I got thinking how much does Subway charge these days. According to their website it is 4.99 for the cold cut and .59 for the cookie. I was ripped off.

Warning: the employees do not care enough to make your order correctly. I double checked my order to make sure it was correct before submitting it. The sandwich I received is completely wrong and I am not receiving a refund or replacement.
I requested a 6in Ham toasted sandwich with cheese, lettuce, cucumber, and mayo.
What I received is a 6in Ham, non toasted, with tomatoes and onions. The cucumber and cheese are missing.
But be careful now, you'll get called a liar if you call them to let them know.

I paid$ 10 for just a sandwich and at another subway I purchased a meal for 10.71 . I feel like everytime I go into a different subway it is like Russian roulette I never know what they are going to charge .

Soon as I go into the store, only 2 employees there & the one behind the counter looked down & agitated that she had to get up & make my sandwich. Didn't even say welcome to Subway. I said sorry to bother you & I walked out. No star!

Another Subway that is not supporting our troops. Went here for veterans day, for Subway's free 6-inch for United States veterans on veterans day. They acted like they didn't know english. And try to play a stupid game of you had to pay. Myself and three other veterans left.

This meatball sub hard to be warmed up after days in the frdge bread was stale meatballs couldnt hardly chew them
People working here have difficulty remembering what you order. Ingredients are not fresh and they don’t seem to be able to keep up with cleanliness. The subs we got we all took one bite and threw them away because of the off flavors. We do not recommend ordering here.

I was there last Sunday and the young lady remembered me instantly even after two months. That’s really great and the service was really well. It’s definitely a 10/10. Must recommend it.

My husband and I used to go to this location quite a bit before Covid and when I tell you it has gone downhill since then it has gone downhill. There are two younger Indian girls that work there that are completely unprofessional. We walked in we were never greeted. we walked up to the counter They continue to have a full-blown conversation and Indian. Didn’t talk to us once the only time they talk to us was when they were asking us what we want it on our sandwich. They toasted my husband and my sandwich together and it wasn’t even toasted. just completely rude and unprofessional. We will never go back to this location.
