First-time visitor met up with a good friend for coffee. Can't compliment the flavor and aesthetic of the brown sugar and rosemary latte enough! Delicious savory croissant, chocolate cream tart, and chai latte, as well. Staff are warm and welcoming. I wish I didn't have to drive 30+ minutes to get there, but it sure is worth the drive! My friend and I stayed for over 3 hours.
This is a world class bakery and a must for anyone passing through St Charles. Everything (pies, pastries, breads) is top notch, but the Carmel tart was our favorite. Never had caramel that good in our lives. Can't offer a higher recommended.
