Cookie classes offered by Jackie from SugarBot are exceptionally fun and educational. Jackie is a superb cookie artist and will assist attendees at whatever artistic level they bring to the class. This is my second time ordering decorated sugar cookies from here and I will continue to be a repeat customer! Jackie is a creative genius and will work with you on deciding on the perfect designs, really taking initiative and doing research to see what she can create with your ideas and inspiration. For this most recent order, I requested Peter Rabbit/Beatrix Potter themed cookies for my sister's baby shower. Jackie worked to match our color scheme, asked lots of clarifying questions, discovered that the artwork was now public domain so we could do actual Beatrix Potter art on the cookies, worked with me back and forth to decide on images to print/pipe on the cookies, and then crafted these beautiful cookies for us! Both times I have ordered, we have gotten rave reviews about the designs...and the taste of the cookies is unmatched! I've had decorated sugar cookies from other bakeries where the flavor definitely came second to the designs, but not here. Jackie's cookies are deliciously soft, sweet, and flavorful, in addition to downright gorgeous. Seriously the perfect combo, and they have always made the events I ordered them for extra special! The quality is worth every penny, and you cannot get better service/baked goods anywhere else in my opinion.

Jackie the owner is such a kind and understanding beautiful human being, and makes FANTASTIC cakes too! Thank you for helping me celebrate and making my recovery a little better :)

I can't speak to the sweets, but I can speak to the ownership and leadership! I accidentally purchased a giftcard for someone over christmas thinking this shop was in St. Charles IL. I emailed the info@ assuming I would never hear back. Even though its a very busy time for businesses/people in general, they got back to me and refunded my card for MY mistake! I really appreciated it :) THANK YOU !

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the place. They took the time to show her the waffle making process and made it fun making her ice cream.
Absolute GEM on Main St! The young gentleman BJ and young lady Kylie are FANTASTIC!! So friendly and helpful. My family and I had the BEST time! Thank you for making our trip special ❤️
This was a very smooth process! I needed a small cake, inquired about it, received a response in a timely manner, and got my son’s birthday cake with no problem! Everything was perfect and I will be shopping with them again ❤️

My husband & I went in there for ice cream. They didn't have any vegan flavors so I went down the street & got a dish of vegan ice cream. My husband got the flight of 4 which he couldn't take outside so I came in with my vegan ice cream. The male worker immediately came over & kicked me out of the store. Even though they didn't have any vegan ice cream I could have purchased. He was rude & condescending.

My wife and I came in for dessert after a fabulous dinner here on Main Street. As always the ice cream is delicious but the old giy behind the counter has a poor attitude and gets angry with customers easily. Ive never seen someone get angry over being asked for a spoon and straw.
