I can't speak to the sweets, but I can speak to the ownership and leadership! I accidentally purchased a giftcard for someone over christmas thinking this shop was in St. Charles IL. I emailed the info@ assuming I would never hear back. Even though its a very busy time for businesses/people in general, they got back to me and refunded my card for MY mistake! My husband & I went in there for ice cream. They didn't have any vegan flavors so I went down the street & got a dish of vegan ice cream. My husband got the flight of 4 which he couldn't take outside so I came in with my vegan ice cream. The male worker immediately came over & kicked me out of the store. Even though they didn't have any vegan ice cream I could have purchased. He was rude & condescending.

This is the cutest ice cream shop. like an old fashion sofa shop. stepping back in time. the music, the ambiance even the people who work here are outfitted with old fashion ice cream parlor attire. a cute little bell on the front door and a Have a great Day to everyone as they walk out the door. all that aside, the ice cream is AMAZING!!!

My wife and I came in for dessert after a fabulous dinner here on Main Street. As always the ice cream is delicious but the old giy behind the counter has a poor attitude and gets angry with customers easily. Ive never seen someone get angry over being asked for a spoon and straw.
The staff was absolutely kind and lovely. And the desserts were delicious. SMASH.

This is the best little ice cream parlor in St Louis- St Charles to be exact. Grand Daughters wanted to stop and enjoy. Enjoy we did. The ice cream was fluffy like butter cream icing and very sweet. Very reasonable prices.

The old time atmosphere is fun and the waffle sundae was wonderful. They sell gooey butter cake which we had to try while in the area. It was ok but the waffle and ice cream blew it away! The prices were reasonable too.

If you want to step back in time check out SugarBot Sweet Shop. It is a soda, ice cream, candy, and dessert shop that looks like a mid-20th century store. There's an antique stereo playing big band music. The employees are even dressed in period clothing as they serve you. There is lots of menu items to choose from, literally like a kid in a candy store. After some taste testing and deliberating, I decided to go with a waffle sundae, with cinnamon snickerdoodle ice cream, and raspberry sauce. You may think this combo sounds weird, but you'd be wrong. :) The mini waffle was freshly made. The ice cream was cinnamon flavored with snickerdoodle cookies mixed in. The raspberry topping was real fruit purée. Put that all together and you have a great combination and delicious dessert. We look forward to a return visit to try some of the other sweet treats.
