This is the best place to try original argentinian empanadas in St Louis and probably in all US! As an argentinian myself these are honestly one of the best empanadas I've tried, ever!!. The owners are argentinian and they import all the food and even condiments from Argentina, so you can be sure that you will be eating 100% argentinian empanadas! The options are very varied, mild or spicy for the meat ones, and even many vegetarian empanadas. They also have argentinian traditional drinks and sweets!!! You should definitely visit and try everything they have, it's excellent and at great prices too.

Don’t wait. Run here for empanadas. They are great. Stella the owner talked to us about the empanadas and how they make them. We’ve had empanadas other places but this place wins by a mile. If you’re thinking about it don’t, just go. The food is amazing. Spicy steak is where it’s at!

Wonderful service. Enjoyed learning about the owners and their culture. Went on a Tuesday late lunch and had the place to ourselves, to a surprise!!! Tried the spinach, tuna, squash all were very tasty. Food is made fresh to order and empanadas come engraved prior to cooking so you can differentiate which is which. Must try if looking for latin for in / around the stl area

Got Husband to tag along with me yesterday for lunch. Yes!!!! I’d go there again with no hesitation! I’ve picked up an order to bring to a customer months ago from there. I can remember the wonderful smell in the restaurant and in my car. This was definitely on my list to try sometime. My Hubby isn’t much of a foodie like I am. I must say to I shocked when he agreed we could go check Tango out. Each Emanada was packed with so much fresh flavors. The pastries were each marked ima sence with what they were when they came to the table. Our waitress excellent at giving bits of info about the restaurants and history they have established here in Saint Louis. Amazing!Vegetarian options: My husband did try an all cheese one it had several different types of cheese in one of the Empanadas. I did see on the menu a variety of other meatless empanadas.Parking: Large parking area as it is in a medium size shopping plaza. I usually use a handicapped spot and it was easy to get in and out of.
