Came in for our first time ever and left highly disappointed. My husband and I ordered two drink of the month coffees...lukewarm at best, almost cold. The person in front of us also got cold cappuccino drinks and had one replaced. Two breakfast sandwiches took around 15 minutes to get and one had the wrong cheese on it. It was not crowded and very uninspired looking workers. Atmosphere was very blah, would not recommend. Just thought the owner would like to know our experience.

I ordered a breve latte w/ sugar-free vanilla and it was DELICIOUS 😋
This is a standard order for me when visiting coffee shops and I found this one perfectly balanced in flavor and smoothness. 10/10 would come back again.
The atmosphere is very open and affirming so it feels good to support this business as well.

The Bridge is everything you could want in a neighborhood coffee shop — and then some. The coffee is consistently top-notch: smooth, rich, and made with care whether you’re grabbing a simple drip or a perfectly balanced latte. The staff are genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll meet — they remember names, take time to chat, and make you feel like part of the New Town family every visit.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with that perfect mix of cozy and lively. Whether you’re working remotely, meeting friends, or just enjoying a quiet morning on your own, The Bridge feels like home. Surrounded by the charm of New Town’s walkable streets and lakes, it’s hard to imagine a better place to start (or recharge) your day.
If you’re anywhere near St. Charles, make it a point to stop by — one visit and you’ll understand why locals can’t stop raving about it.

Sweet little coffee shop in the heart of the New Town development. Worth a trip there just to check out New Town. Wonderful and friendly service. Several areas to relax with your coffee! They also sell several craft items.

We came for story time and Betty started cleaning up as our kids were actively playing with the toys. One of my friends children started getting very upset because he couldn’t find a toy she put away. Then she got out the vacuum to do the play area while all of our children were playing in there. I had to announce to get your kids out because she was going to vacuum. We then moved our children to the car carpet, and she started picking up the carpet while moms and children were sitting on it! She took a toy from right in-front of my baby that he was playing with to put it away. I cannot understand why she would think it’s okay to take toys from children, or why she didn’t at least ask us to leave because she had to clean.. it was 10AM directly after story time so I’m not sure what was wrong. We then let our children crawl on the ground because she took the carpet away, and my child had black hands and socks from being on the floor, another crawler had black on his feet. It was incredibly dirty, I can’t imagine how disgusting the toys are. Unfortunately there’s not many places for toddlers that don’t cost a fortune so our whole group frequents the bridge, but we felt very unwelcome, and none of us want to go back.
The pistachio cold foam is a game changer here!!! love it.

Great little non-profit coffee shop. Has a play area for kids with a book reading on fridays.
Great people, great food and drinks, and I especially love the shop! Such unique things!
Found a piece of paper in my breakfast sandwich. This is the second time, first was last month.
I just wish they'd open earlier!
