Had a baby shower there recently and Stacey and Matt were our servers. They did an amazing job!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Cool place good atmosphere. That said I do not recommend eating here. 3 different meals and none tasted good. I was the only one that ate most of my food and wound up getting sick.

I would encourage you to patronize a local business that genuinely cares. There are plenty around with character and kindness. Trailhead is not one.

The huge plus is that we were sat in a timely manner on a very busy night. It took a long time for someone to even come over to get our drink order. We were a 3 person party sat downstairs at the awkward table with a planter in one of the benches. It reeked like sewer. It was hard to get past the smell. It was so strong that I thought it was under our table. I ordered the eggplant portobello sandwich and it was blah-no flavor at all. My boyfriends burger was dry. The macaroni that came out for my daughter looked like Kraft. All the food was luck warm. We drove over an hour to enjoy your city and the food was a huge disappointment.

Strong sulfur smell in lower level dining area that waiter “couldn’t smell”. Waited over 45 minutes for so-so food. Bathrooms smelled fishy. Overall not a great experience.

The saving grace and only reason we didn’t walk out was because our server was great and attentive! Now to the problem, we were seated after around 30 minutes, which I expected because they were pretty busy. Once seated we ordered fairly quickly, and hour later still no food. We were a party of 3 and ordered a club sandwich, a BLTA, and a burger. Nothing of which should have taken over an hour to complete. This was our first time ever visiting Saint Charles, and obviously this restaurant. We will be back to Saint Charles but we will be finding somewhere else to eat!

Long wait for food that wasn't that great. Fish was rubbery. Flavor was missing in several dishes. French fries were good.

This microbrewery is very unique and serves an awesome selection of appetizers. Their pumpkin ale is my favorite seasonal brew and the seafood bisque. The bartenders are so personable and quick to serve you. The atmosphere is fun and industrial looking. Fun place to take pics with friends. They also have cool take-home beers. I recommend taking a jug’o Missouri Brown beer home

Sat— seating in a south. Second floor room- windows facing the Observatory. Watched the end of one wedding and the beginning of the next. Fun entertainment. Burgers only average, however fantastic fries!

Friendly and fairly fast. Good brews worthy of a stop after a walk down the historic main street. The food was also good fuel and paired well with the beer selections.

Dined there 11-8-19. The lowered level reeked of a sewer smell. The bathrooms (especially the women's) were filthy and they smelled even worse. We've been here many times and never experienced this. Should have left but were there with a group. Very disappointing.

Great food and atmosphere, and an excellent selection of beers. The onion rings were fantastic and the wait staff was friendly.

Peak Potential

After a weekend of sitting through conference sessions with my buddy, we drew it to a close at the Trailhead. We sat at the bar downstairs and had some great beer, food, and the bar tender was a fabulous host. The atmosphere is clean, up to date, and bright. The food selection is amazing, as, of course, is the beer selection. We'll be back when we're in the STL area again. Thanks!
