Had the fried chicken last night. It was overcooked and looked like it was fried in week old grease. Other than that the staff was friendly and the beer was cold. Back to Calhoun county for my fried chicken fixes!

They are known for their steaks served on Friday and Saturday nights only. Delicious every time! Always cooked correctly, as ordered. Comes out sizzling with their special butter. Even their baked potatoes are really good, very fresh. They also sell a lot of their fried chicken dinners. Great food in a casual setting; they have two separate dining areas to choose from there. Steaks are $25-$30, but the rest of the menu is probably $8-$16.

This is such a great, cozy spot for wonderful food. Very inexpensive and steaks are better than the chain restaurants. Service is consistently wonderful. Homemade blue cheese and ranch dressings are absolutely heavenly.

Tubbys provided an excellent dining experience. Our waitress was both humorous and attentive, and the food was prepared promptly and tasted exceptional. We appreciated the inviting atmosphere, particularly enjoying the game on TV and engaging with other patrons. The portion sizes were appropriate, and the pricing was more competitive than that of any fast food establishment in the area. We look forward to returning in the future.
