I've been here multiple times, as they're generally the best place for a quick Monday breakfast and coffee/espresso drink, though I've long thought the drinks are mediocre and the sandwiches are good but not great. They at least got the job done, generally. However, in my opinion it's been going downhill. In the past, they've always had very friendly staff. I don't need over the top friendly service and everyone has a bad day but today, the lady was visibly and audibly annoyed that I simply asked a question about a menu item. It gave me the impression that I was an inconvenience for having the audacity to get some breakfast here. The iced mocha I got is obviously watered down. It tastes like they actually poured water into it, there's just nothing there. Add the price on top of it and I don't think I'll be back. There are better places in town. It's disappointing because they have a lot of potential, but the staff is inconsistent, to put it nicely. One day, the drinks will be at least ok, the next they're terribly made. This shop needs more owner attention. Any time I've ever seen one there, it's just to make themselves a drink and leave.

We ordered 4 lattes this morning. The service was great! The coffee though tasted what I imagine toliet water would taste like. I've never had such awful coffee. I dumped it. Such a waste.

Friendly staff, trendy atmosphere, fresh and tasty food! Great, relaxed environment for all customers with seating options to accommodate large groups, families, couples, or solo dining. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The food was well-presented, good portions, and outstanding taste. A definite must-try and new local favorite for us!

The coffee and food was good. There was 2 girls working, one was super nice and the other one was so unpleasant.
When I got in, it had an alright atmosphere but I feel like it was a little too open. I asked for a vanilla frappe with oat milk and no whipped cream, but they gave me whipped cream anyway. I also ordered a loaded burrito with no cheese, but it still had it. They tasted good, but as somebody with lactose intolerance, this was kind of upsetting. It was almost forty dollars for two people, but despite the high price, there was a hair in my sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The bagel was also slippery and almost impossible to bite into. The banana smoothie tasted like watered-down milk, and the muffin with cinnamon swirl was SUPER bland. For such a high price, just take your money elsewhere and go to Starbucks. Will NOT be back anytime soon.

BB’s is going down hill quick! Drinks are overpriced and not full. The dark haired girl working drive through is unpleasant. I never leave bad reviews. This place annoyed me so bad I had to leave a review. What happened to Sarah and all the girls that smiled and were so nice and fun ?? I’m done with this place. Only going to RiverBend Coffee now.

BB Coffee Lab is a really nice place to go with your family, the workers are nice and they treat you like family, the entire place is clean and the muffins are delicious, if you ever get a chance you should totally stop by there, it's amazing.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs what so ever.
