Ordered online didn't go inside but they got our order correct food was hot for the most part. The fries were old and nasty though

May 26th, 2025 at 8.24pm we picked our online order and came home to a half empty box of a large onion rings. We called the store and spoke to a female manager and asked if we can get a refund, but she hanged up the phone. Rude and lack of accountability towards the customers.Never going back!

Christy was very concerned that her customers had a good experience. She was polite and very accommodating. Fast food restaurants don't usually give a crap, but she was full of smiles and cared about her customers. She needs a raise!

I don’t know how every time I come here they mess up my order but it’s honestly bs. The staff has a crappy attitude every time. if your going to talk crap and complain about your life’s close the drive thru window, not everyone needs to know your business and I don’t want to listen to it while I’m waiting for my food.

It is not the customers problem to fix your SOS (Speed of Service) times my self and many other get pulled forward every time I think it is ridiculous especially when I get pulled forward and then my order is wrong so then I have to go inside and hopefully get a workers attention then defeats the purpose of a drive thru
The manager was super friendly and really made for a great visit.

Manager Chrissy & Team Member Lensey went ABOVE & BEYOND for me today! 01/13/24!! The Loyalty System was down…this is a Burger King Corporate issue. They made sure that I was able to use my rewards after I read the code & all 3 of us found out the system is still down. They’ve had a work order put in for DAYS- corporate does not seem to care. The Customer Service is TOP NOTCH HERE!!

The staff was attentive and pleasant. The burgers were fresh; well put together, the buns were not smashed. The fries were hot and crispy, and there was no stale oil taste. Kudos to these guys for keeping their oil clean. It was a pitstop for us, driving home to Texas.
