Absolutely awesome food quality. I live in Washington, and I pass up washington’s and Unions Burger King to come here since they either overcook or have cold food. Props to the Saint Clair location of having fresh and hot food!

I love their bacon cheeseburgers and I always ask them to make my bacon crispy and they do it every time. But the onion rings were a little bit on the soggy side. And the fries and onion rings tasted like the oil they were fried in might have been a little bit old and needed to be changed.

We walked up to the counter, the only ones in line. A man with a black burger King jacket walked out from the back, it appeared to be the manager? He was talking/playing with a girl and acted as if we were not even there waiting to place an order he proceeded to say what was it you needed ma'am speaking to the employee. We waited while he took her order. Another male came around to the counter to take our order at his request. She poked him in the side and they were giggling while we continued to wait for them to get finished so the other guy could take our order. He made a comment then about getting her out of there since she'd been there since 5 am. There were other young people there working hard and thanking us for coming in and to have a nice day. Just the one guy and girl who appeard to have something besides serving the customer on their minds?

I mobile ordered ice cream cones and they said their ice cream machine is broken and then didn't even care to help maybe replace with something else or cancel the order.There is no option to cancel a mobile order.

Receive cold food through the drive-thru wanted it remade The Cook's complained and were condescending all because my burger was cold and I asked for it to be remade not a place that I would trust with my food Store was dirty and unkept managers did nothing but smiled and handed me my food never said anything to the cooks spent over $30 on my meal to be treated like garbage
I thought getting out of the city and away from these fragile teenagers might provide a nice experience from some corn-fed hardworking country folk, but this girl at the counter is breaking down and crashing out in the weeds over 2 customers 🫣. I thought they were build Ford though out here

We are on a road trip and stopped here 20 minutes ago. No cars in parking lot and we were the only car in drive thru. We ordered #1 plain with cheese and #1 with everything on it. She repeated it back to us. At the window she never acknowledged us too busy talking to someone else and handed our bags and payment while her head was turned talking. We asked for napkins and ketchup. She said “napkins in the bag” and then handed us 3 ketchup packs for 2 whoppers and 2 fries. We got back on highway and I pulled the burgers out. Both are plain with cheese. Our receipt says 2 plain with cheese. How do you less this up? The one burger was THE WAY IT COMES “everything on it”. It’s just frustrating. They were NOT busy just preoccupied with themselves. Receipt looks like she rang in the #1 plain and then just hit repeat instead of ringing in the correct meal.

Wish I could leave no start. Mr MacLaine was beyond rude and unprofessional. After speaking to 3 employees at the speaker just to place an order, I was over charged for things I didn't receive and asked to be taken off the order. The blonde girl working window was very snobby and unprofessional as well. As someone who works in the food industry I was surprised he wasn't taught better manners. I then asked why I was charged and why it wasn't taken off to be told I was lying. He did not return out receipts to us either.
