I love burger king, but not St. Clair missouri. Absolutely probably the worst in the country. Takes 20 mins to get your food, rush you out the window to parking spot just to get cold or the wrong food, then get upset because they have to go back in to fix it, and then come back out having forgotten about it, tried to complain to gm, but that was a worse experience, he didn't even want to hear it. I wanted to fight him, but I kept my composure.

Absolutely my favorite burger king ive been to so far the service was a lil slow but that was only because there was 1 worker and even then he was attentive and fast the food was filling cooked well and tasted great the store is clean and an amazing place to eat.

Food is good but the service sucks and we was coming here before the AC broke and we just return after month or so try it again and no they won't give u a dipping sauce with our charging you they never charge before this will be my last time here

Bk, I tried to reply. Its not letting me review my specific order. My order was #23 drive thru. The low carb whopper. I don't think your staff had ever had that order option before. Other burger king franchises places the whopper patty and toppings in a dish with a fork included if the lettuce wrap is unavailable. I get it. Not all locations have the big lettuce leaves.
My low carb whopper was placed directly in a whopper wrapper, without the bun so that it was a soggy mess. Yes, I understand the confusion the crew member must've had trying to make a bun-free whopper. I was in a rush so I just accepted it.
Next time there's an order for a low-carb whopper, let the crew know how other chain locations usually serve that. I'm not mad, just... too embarrassed to ask for a correction. I hate causing trouble. I'm sorry.

Just sitting past the drive through. Waiting over 10 min longer than it! Took forever!!! Food was disgustingly cold ! Don’t order in drive through. You will have to wait 10 + min !! The people behind us got their food, but we have to wait over 10 minutes to get our food!
