Christy was very concerned that her customers had a good experience. She was polite and very accommodating. Fast food restaurants don't usually give a crap, but she was full of smiles and cared about her customers. She needs a raise!

went ABOVE & BEYOND for me today! 01/13/24!! The Loyalty System was down…this is a Burger King Corporate issue. They made sure that I was able to use my rewards after I read the code & all 3 of us found out the system is still down. They’ve had a work order put in for DAYS- corporate does not seem to care. The Customer Service is TOP NOTCH HERE!!
