My family and I love going to gibbys, usually awesome staff and food. We went Saturday night and as usual the food was good and waitress was nice. The issue is when we went to pay. There was 3 different people paying since it was a large group of us and the host was really annoyed. When our waitress walked over the host told her to deal with it and stormed off. I later heard about the same host giving the kids of our table stink eyes for playing the games by the front. Definitely...
We did a online delivery order. They are always packed on a weekend and we knew our food would take awhile. The delivery driver was very nice. Food was okay. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were yummy. Burger had no flavor. The buffalo chicken had no spice at all but well cooked and the bun on was on was great. I will say most of the time the food is perfect.
Food is always delicious. Service sometimes isn't idea but it's hard to keep good servers anymore. There are a few here that have been here forever that are always amazing when we dine in and they are there.
Atmosphere is astounding since they banned indoor smoking. What a great business move. We will be back more so than ever now.
