Waited 8 minutes after ordering at the kiosk avoiding the line for a cold mcchicken and fry. I forgot about this location and this issue. Nice people, just cold food with longer waits.

The other day I ordered a sweet tea and they forgot it and I just said screw it that day, but just now, I told them about it and asked if they’d honor a replacement and the sweet chick w/ pink money pieces in her hair took the time to ask her manager and got me my drink!!!! Thank you cutie! 🥰

The play area is better than expected. The floor is a bit sticky, but never expected McDonald’s to be perfectly clean, so it’s acceptable. The bathroom can improve with killing some fries inside, but it’s rather clean.

Attention management: I understand there can be a mad rush of customers and be shorthanded on staff but what I received in drive through is uncalled for.

Around 8:00 p.m. on June 2 I pulled into drive-thru and was asked to hold on a second which is fine. After I noticed two cars go through the other lane without me being addressed I reached out again to ask for help and got no answer. I proceeded to pull forward to the window to order. The female at the window open the window and asked what I needed and I said I was told to hang on but never got addressed meanwhile two cars went through. She got really mad, threw her headset down on the table and looked at me and said what do you want. I said never mind nothing and I drove away. You're not going to keep customers or your equipment in good shape without your employees handling situations like this better.

Slowest place around. Piss poor customer service. Don't know to greet customers. Don't know how to get orders right. Management has no clue on how to get things done right. RUDE!!!! Workers need to stay off cell phones!!!!!!!!!!!!
