My online order was placed 20 minutes before pick up and set to be due at 6:45. I gave grace and came about 10 minutes later. They were rude in Drive -Thru and I did not receive my order until almost 7:30.

We ordered food online and made a mistake with the food. I didn't realize mayo came on the cold cut so when I opened my food I was absolutely emotional because I'm 8 months pregnant. I was ready to cry due to our error and I felt guilty asking to get it remade . The staffing remade my food and were very patient with me and eased my mind. That is good costumer service For someone to be emotionally off they were great. Thank you so much for making my meal and being kind.

So I have complained twice about employees not wearing hair net or the guys wearing beard guards while preparing food. Its alleged hair falls our while they are working with air conditioners blowing and when they are rushing to prepare orders. Its probable a good idea to avoid this place as its obvious food safety concerns are not adhered too.

Unless you want a couple of weeks of diarrhea, stay away from this place!! I usually stay away from fast food, and they advertise Subway as fast food. However, nothing about this place in St. clair is fresh! 1 month ago, I got a sandwich from there, and the next day started with nonstop diarrhea, andomial pain, and vomiting. 1 week after that, I was positive for Salmonella and Listeria, and I was hospitalized. The health department should close this place, or at least they need new management/owner.

Pulled up to the store around 810 and this employee sees us pulling in, they close at 9. There are 5 other cars here and the female employee runs up to the door locks it and turns off their open sign. Great service

Elite Chicken Sandwich comes with Rotisserie chicken. She gave me grilled chicken without even asking me if that was OK. Felt very rushed when I was the only one in the store. They had me paying before I even got my food. They just wanted me out the door.

My wife and I were on our way to FT. Leonard Wood for a graduation. We always enjoy Subway so decided to stop. Busy, but the young African American worker handled things calmly. She was very professional and friendly. She had a welcoming smile that helped the customers relax. She helped us feel valued. Don't know her name, but she deserves a commendation.

We stopped here for an a quick and affordable dinner since we were staying in the area for the night. We ordered online and our order was ready on time, fresh, and correct. When we went inside to pick it up the staff were very friendly and professional. The restuarant was clean and organized. A great Subway location!
