All around crappy experience waited 15 minutes in drive through just for our food to be cold then took it back it to get it remade and got told it would be a 10 minute wait but we waited for almost 40 minutes and seen over 20 other people get their orders before we got our!!! Highly DO NOT recommend unless you have a whole day to waste!!!!!!!!!!!

This place could use some attention to detail. Like cleaning the place. As soon as a customer leaves all the employees run out back to smoke. Anytime spent not dealing with the customer is smoke time. They spend half their day outside smoking. The time should be used to wipe the tables between customers at least!

i have now become a regular in the last 2-3 months and they know me pretty much each time i go in. i’m not sure who the main manager guy is, but he has always been extremely happy, nice, and makes sure my order is right. i have returned many times during the week as it’s such a nice experience and the food is great. i thank them each time and has been wonderful everytime.

The food was alright, but one of the worst BK's I've visited. The reason for the 1 star review is because the men's bathroom was one of the filthiest places I've ever been. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. Only stop here if you are hungry and don't need to use the restroom.

Great customer service but dining room was a pig pin and looking into the kitchen was even worse, with food all over the counters and floor. Cooking machines with food that hasn’t been cleaned and it’s stuck to it. Very nasty environment.

Absolutely slowest drive thru service I've experienced anywhere and now we're trapped in the dang line. Don't use the drive thru. You'll be there for 30 mins. We're going on 20 and still no food.
