i have now become a regular in the last 2-3 months and they know me pretty much each time i go in. i’m not sure who the main manager guy is, but he has always been extremely happy, nice, and makes sure my order is right. i have returned many times during the week as it’s such a nice experience and the food is great. i thank them each time and has been wonderful everytime.
Great customer service but dining room was a pig pin and looking into the kitchen was even worse, with food all over the counters and floor. Cooking machines with food that hasn’t been cleaned and it’s stuck to it. Very nasty environment.
On April 15th, I had a perfect meal at our st. James Burger King restaurant. The extremely friendly staff provided outstanding customer service and a delicious $7.00 trio. The crew went above and beyond my expectations. A big shout out to the staff, Thank You! Btw, they are hiring!
