I’ve never had a long wait at this location, whether through the drive thru or inside the dining area. the food is always hot, and they give you plenty of sauces and napkins if you request any. the dining area can sometimes be unclean but never enough to make me think they don’t clean often, likely just from people dining in and leaving a mess that staff simply has not had a chance to get around to just yet with orders coming in. it’s the most consistent burger king location...
i have now become a regular in the last 2-3 months and they know me pretty much each time i go in. i’m not sure who the main manager guy is, but he has always been extremely happy, nice, and makes sure my order is right. i have returned many times during the week as it’s such a nice experience and the food is great. i thank them each time and has been wonderful everytime.
Great customer service but dining room was a pig pin and looking into the kitchen was even worse, with food all over the counters and floor. Cooking machines with food that hasn’t been cleaned and it’s stuck to it. Very nasty environment.
