Had to drive off because Nnoone could take my order. I wanted a value meal, they didn't know what that was so they tried to get me to it individually. I tried leaving a review on their website but it must be full. After a while it said the websight didn't work. Don't waste your time or energy on this one. Go right on down the road.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 medium fries made fresh, one happy meal, 2 buffalo sauces and 1 buffalo ranch cup.
Opening the bag of the 2 fries, one of them had a long black hair entangled within the fries. I go to exchange it and was given a set of fries that tasted like they were sitting under the lamp for at least 5 minutes (not fresh at all). Then to find we didn't receive the buffalo ranch cup either and when we told the employee this she stated they were all out and walked away flustered. She didn't even offer a refund. I understand it's just 25 cents for a sauce cup but the fact is that a refund wasn't even offered or even offered to be replaced. Will not be returning. Terrible service.
