The staff is great. Benz on making it right if something does go wrong. Lot of older folks like to go in for coffee and breakfast. Others go in on break for a quick meal

Why does this McDonald’s pull every single car in the drive thru forward? I get that it helps with their numbers but at this rate they are just cheating the system. I was pulled hardware for a Diet Coke today. Waiting nearly 10 minutes for it to come. How does that make sense? Save yourself some time and drive the extra ten minutes to Loves McDonald’s up the road.

Had to wait in a line of cars for 20 minutes because they are not having customers pull forward to the reserved spots when their food is not ready, when I finally got to the window they had given the person before me my order. Every time I stop here the wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

I almost ALWAYS order a plain cheeseburger but add bacon and almost always get a cheesburger with no bacon and everything on it. This lady was so rude to me and my grandma we asked for two plain cheeseburger with bacon and she goes “we don’t have bacon cheeseburgers” in a very rude tone. I got home and went to look at my cheeseburgers and everything was on them. Very disappointed
I work night shifts and get breakfast before going home. The attitudes are always the same. They talk through the intercom of the drive thru rudely. If you’re working the window, SMILE. Use your manners. Attitudes are contagious and determined how people start their day! They don’t hand out receipts and then they mess up your order. For the most part, they won’t fix an order without a receipt. (Some managers have in the past, others won’t.) it took a while to get the order out the window, that I could see sitting on the counter waiting. They were talking and yelling at one another, laughing while the food sat there.
Don’t come to this McDonald’s if you want a good start to your day.

The best feature is that the fries are always hot and fresh! On the downside, there is rarely if ever, an actual toy in the Happy Meal. It is always a piece of paper or card or mini poster.
