The best feature is that the fries are always hot and fresh! On the downside, there is rarely if ever, an actual toy in the Happy Meal. It is always a piece of paper or card or mini poster.

Regularly have issues with online orders here . And i never do in rolla or Cuba McDonald’s., could not refund a coke they didn’t give me this last time my room mate asked multiple times if they got all the drinks on the order since she was picking up 2 orders for a car, via online orders so I call back nicely and ask for it to be refunded and they can only do it on cash? I paid online with card I really feel like they were being difficult and didn’t want to deal with it because they didn’t know how to do it. Because after a whole day of working and driving 15 minutes out of way to get it I don’t want to drive back for cash when I paid with card for convenience. She actually said she didn’t know how to deal with it so I’d have to drive back. Why can’t her manager call me back at his convience and fix it ? What the hell. I’ll drive to rolla from now on I guess keep it

Went through the drive thru approximately 2:10pm and order burgers and fries. They had to pull me over and specifically told the young man at the window that I would need ketchup. His words to me, "No problem, I'll make sure they know to bring ketchup." Very nice young man.
So of course I get my order, the runner hands it to me and takes off. Guess what no ketchup. Had to go back into the store, the young lady there with the pink striped hair was who I told about the issue. She then said they were so busy and then it was the guy in the drive through couldn't hear because he headphones on. So I was to believe that your location is too busy for adequate customer service and the headphones the people in the drive thru use makes them incomprehensible of hearing someone talking to them through the window. She then gave me a dirty look and handed me 2 packs of ketchup for a basket of fries.
Just he continuation of poor service at one prided itself on making sure things were correct.

Every time I order food through drive through I get shorted. Often times my double Quarter pounder is only half a sandwich and no fixings. I have learned that they put this into their business design to make extra profit. Go to Country Bob's. The food is better and they do not deliberately mess it up.
