Chicken sandwhich was good, overall good beer selection, cool inside vibes and outside patio. Service could have been better.

The food was really good and service great.

Well done!! Fantastic food, wonderful outdoor atmosphere, and the beer/wine flights were on point. Waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu. Lawn game equipment you can check out for free so it’s an easy place for the kids to play. Completely fenced in dining area so you don’t have to worry about them running off. Will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in on a Friday night to visit friends and we had a great time!! The staff were amazingly friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and of course the beer & wine were the cherry on top. We really enjoyed the ambiance on the patio with the live music too! Got the BBQ pulled pork pizza and the blue moon burger. They were incredible!!!! The jalepeno, pineapple, pulled pork and barbecue sauce ratio was perfect. Seriously top 5 pizzas I’ve ever had!! The blue cheese, bacon and onion on the burger was also stunning wished we had pictures. Friendship school white wine was yummy and good value for the bottle! Also had the lime gose that was light and easily drinkable!! Will definitely be back! Looking forward to the events in September and October!!

Really feel lucky to have public house in STJ. Food is great, they allow pets which is awesome! Everyone that works here is very friendly and sweet. Outdoor area is awesome when the weather permits. The only thing I would change is have regular food later in the evening on Friday or Saturday.

Got done visiting the Meramec Caves and decided to stop in for a few drinks and apps on our way back to Springfield.

Our waiter Logan was great, super friendly, and very knowledgeable about the beers. We got some seasonal beers that were fantastic.

For apps we got the Trout Fritters and Wanton Nachos. The fritter were amazing, great flavor and just the right amount of crunch. The nachos were even better. So full of flavor, and the pairing with the wine jelly was perfect.

Whether you are a local or passing through. I’d highly recommend. I would definitely not miss this opportunity for great food and beer.

Came for the beer, but the food was even better! Trout fritters are amazing, and mushroom pizza does not hold back on mushrooms! Fresh, locally sourced, delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised.

We stopped in to get some dark beer to take on our vacation, extremely helpful, quick and wish we could have stayed to have a beer and some of the delicious pizza I saw on table nearby....

We love to bring the entire family here. The menu has something on it for everyone, and the beers are great.
