They’re supposed to make everything fresh and I ordered one of their chicken sandwiches. I couldn’t even bite through it. Hard piece of chicken. That’s probably been laying around for a week. That’s the last time they get my money.
If a restaurant cannot break a hundred dollar bill , then the meal should not be twenty dollars
They have a toilet but they say we don't have one. It's just locked. No decency to just say it's out of order. I am standing in front of the toilet and asked if it's locked, the lady said we don't have a toilet. I was like, did you hear me? And she repeaded the same, sir we don't have a toilet. The service was crap and then food not so good.

Ordered two peppermint bark brownie shakes. And there was more whip cream than ice cream, and no brownie. Not very happy to not get what I ordered and have to pay that much. Very unhappy

I had ordered food in the app, Isabella brought my food out but didn’t have the drink, she told me to have a great day and I asked where my slush was. She then informed me they had a boil notice and couldn’t make it but could give me something else. Since there was a boil notice, they couldn’t give me a different drink so I requested a refund. I was annoyed she was not planning to tell me this, and I assume was just hoping I would leave without asking. The manager couldn’t do the refund, so she told me to call a number and they would refund my money. When I called that number they offered me a coupon worth $2.50, which I will not be using because I don’t plan to return to a Sonic location after this. I requested to speak to the manager, but he was too busy to speak with a customer and correct the issue. I attempted to call the location's number but the number does not work. I'm very displeased with this situation, as the Route 44 slush was more than the $2.50 they offered as a coupon for a snack…. Which isn’t even what was missing from my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this sonic location, but it was definitely the most unprofessional and the manager and workers need to be trained in customer service.
They act stuck up not only that I wanted to pay half cash half debit card . Was told we can't do that never heard of a restaurant not being able to make a split payment.

Sonic is always good and as always this time they did not disappoint
Might as well eat out of a garbage can. Always cold food. Always poor service. Id rather eat gas station food. This use to be one of my favorite places in my home town of St. James, MO. Just close it down already.

Not sure what's going on with sonic. Their prices have gone up. Their service is gone down. Just ordered a large shake and it was about 3/4 of the way full.
Arsonic arsonic has been going downhill for a while. I think you're better off to go get shakes at mcdonald's

We showed up here on June 26, 2025 and they literally told me I couldn’t use 24 in cash and 3 on a debt card. The server said “we can’t do that”, so I just ended up using my card to pay the full amount. Never heard of a restaurant refusing a split payment like that. Also once we got our food it wasn’t even our food. Then we finally got our food and then they forgot the sauces. Never will be back at this location.
