A group of 7 of us visited on a Saturday in February. our food was delicious in a nice atmosphere with tasty wines! Staff was very friendly! Highly recommend!
We had such a great experience this evening at Spencer Manor Winery. Damian was very knowledgeable and very personable. Would 10 out 10 recommend visiting. Had such a great time!!!
A perfect fall evening for an intimate wedding reception. We reserved the crash pad for our party of 25. The service was personal and we had a wonderful time. The Spencer manor team made us feel special and went the extra mile to make it a smooth and memorable night. Gorgeous location for wedding photos. Love the vibe of this place! Stunning building and outdoor setting. The music they play is always on point and just chill. I am really wanting to go to one of the live music events. Food is unique and tasty and service has always been 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend this place. The wine is delicious and who doesn’t love a nice glass of wine with all the perks listed above!
Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful views, lovely patio overlooking rolling hills and vineyard. The food and wine are superb!
Wonderful service, wonderful atmosphere, amazing food!
Great wines, food, staff and atmosphere with live music 🍷
Spencer Manor went above and beyond to make my best friend’s birthday unforgettable. They truly listened to everything I wanted, and our waiter, Damien, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially when it came to trying new wines. The atmosphere was perfect, and they were so accommodating, allowing us to set up a photo backdrop and even bring in our own cake.
We love this place! The food is amazing and the servers are great. Eric B was our server on a Friday night and he was great. Very attentive and pleasant! Thank you!
The pork chop and the cowboy skewers are our favorite!
Here's a snapshot of our first dining experience: the restaurant was quite cold, so wearing Fall attire is recommended. The entrees, étouffée and rigatoni, were enjoyable, and the customer service was attentive. However, the appetizers—crispy Brussels sprouts and roasted artichoke dip—were disappointing. The Brussels sprouts were shredded and greasy, while the artichoke dip reminded us of a cheesy, messy French onion soup and solidified due to the restaurant's temperature, diminishing its appeal.
Moving on to dessert, my husband had a delicious bread pudding, while I tried a unique take on tiramisu with blackberry. Unfortunately, my dessert didn't taste like blackberry at all; it was quite bland. I think the ratio of mascarpone to lady fingers was off, making it taste more like a box of whipped cream than anything else.
Overall, we’d go back to try more dishes.

Great atmosphere, food, wine, cocktails, and service!
Beginning with the venue our experience was unforgettable. The building is spectacular with a layout built for both sunny days outside or a cold winter day. The staff were all wonderful and thoroughly happy to be at work and that translated into superb service. We tried two samplers of 4 wines each and enjoyed every one of the wines. We ended up buying 3 bottles. All of these things were overwhelmed by the food. I do not like brussels sprout, but my wife does so we ordered them. I ate half of the plate. We had a hard time deciding on a 2nd appetizer, but went with the dumplings and were delighted. Lastly we split the rigatoni. Simply delicious. Even if you avoid alcohol, the trip to St. James is worth it for the fabulous food. Plan on spending several hours so that you can enjoy more than a few tasty items. The entertainment was also top notch. We cannot wait to return.
Beautiful, new winery with friendly staff and great food and wine. Definitely will return again. Shout out to Damian, he was an excellent server and we appreciated his recommendations! Don’t miss out on the amazing crispy Brussels!!
Nice place. Atmosphere is a good but location has a pretty limited footprint. Pretty all the same! The only knock I would give the infrastructure is that the inside bar was design way too tall. When you sit at it with the chairs provided, it is too tall for comfort. I don't think I'd sit there again. I'm sure there may have been an approach to this, but I don't understand it.
Food was not horrible in pricing, considering the tone of the establishment. Unfortunately, my order was lost due to the "computer system" and took a very long while to come out. Even though it was a flat bread entree. That was discouraging.
Staff were young but they tried. Not the strongest. Attire should be reconsidered as it doesn't match the atmosphere at all.
Drink menu was limited, unless you prefer the off the shelf selection. I do at times, but this wouldn't suit the normal person off the street.
I gave it 3 stars because I believe they are trying. But, to really gain a higher score, the owners are going to need to step it up a bit more.
Looking forward to another trip in the future.
Beautiful setting, classy place, friendly service, good food. Just wish there were vegetarian and vegan options among the main dishes.
