Do not go to this place no matter how much you like Arby’s. Went in at 1 pm on a Sat. Only 2 other customers there and at least 4 employees. My son and I stood there long enough to both of us to use the restroom separately and no one greeted or acknowledged us. One worker walked by and said she was off the clock but then proceeded to go over to the drive thru window to discuss a personal issue with a worker that I assume was on the clock. The only picture I got was of the disgusting restroom, see attached. Gross.

Just know, any poor reviews on here are lying. I've been to this location several times, all different times and they are always on point 100%. My food is always hot and fresh, made on time, it's clean in there and the associates are always so sweet and accommodating. Plus using the app, you always get something free so price wise it beats everyone else out for sure.

First time here, I usually go to the one in Rolla, I got the beef & cheddar for what it cost it was low on the meat & they didn’t put the sauce on it, I did ask them for Arby sauce but the sauce they gave me was something else it was in a container & not in a sauce packet. I’ll give it a second try. Hopefully I get the sauce that what makes Arby delicious is the Arby sauce.

Pulled up to this location with 10 min to close and they treated me with the best customer service. I’m sure they were prepared to close but Josh / Nathan didn’t rush my order and EVERYTHING was hot and ready. I definitely will be back. Thank you both for your professionalism and great service.

Walked in to get lunch with a friend at 14:30 today. We couldn't even get an acknowledgement that we were there, couldn't place an order, the staff literally turned their back when I said hello. We just left and went across the street to Culver's.

Is it weird to say this was the best Arby’s Classic Roast Beef and Cheddar I’ve ever had? Like, it was truly delicious. Maybe I was starving, but this sandwich was seriously good. Staff was just as awesome! Thanks for a crazy and delightful Arby’s experience!!! 🤩

Went to Arby's at a different location in Missouri coming back from our road trip from the zoo, and they had the 4 for $10 dollars classis roast beef sandwich. We were all excited!
Came back to Fort Leonard Wood and stopped at the Saint Robert, Missouri to see if they had it, they do not have the same deal. How come this Arby's never have these kind of specials for people and their families? Especially when its being advertised.

The wait in drive through was far longer than my experience at other Arby's. Long enough the baby woke up and we decided to grab our food and eat inside, stretch our legs, before getting her back in the car and hitting the road.
The food was sub-par. Definitely the classic roast beef sandwich was as good as any other Arby's I've been too and my wife's sandwich wasn't anything special either.
The fries were on point, but how could you mess up curly fries and Arby's sauce???
