The only complaint I have about today's visit is not being able to get the sandwich I requested. My wife regularly ordered brisket sliders at another Arby's location. She is now in a health care facility and wanted her sliders. Even though brisket sandwiches are on the menu, they would not make her brisket sliders.Maybe it's corporate policy, but I think that making a sandwich for someone with health issues should be good customer service.

These guys are awesome. There was no fake customer service face. Just real chilled out individuals. They were so nice in fact, I'm doing an application tomorrow. I was sad when I left because I felt like I made friends just ordering food. The night shift has a very good crew. Even if you don't like Arby's, they have ice

The food here has not changed. There are some new menu items, but I always go back to the same Beef'n Cheddar. However, what did concern me was that the young man on the fryer was placing the frozen food into the fry basket with his "bare hands," and his other hand was comfortably stuffed in his front pants pocket. Sanitary? Safe??
