Me and my family wanted to eat some wings and we watched a couple of waitresses service some tables but never got asked anything and their was a gentleman waiting at the counter to pay his ticket or to pickup but he was getting impatient. So we left i will go to rolla and eat at Buffalo wild wings or at the lake of the Ozarks because of better service

Every time that we come to this BWW we end up disappointed with the service. I know how restaurants can get so I like to give the benefit of doubt, but at this point it is definitely a management issue. I waited over 30 mins for my to go order which would've been fine because they were busy, but my fries were cold and hard. I don't mean 10 mins old, I mean cold and hard and very unacceptable. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the wings being good.

We went there for lunch and to watch the football games. Our server, CHELSEA, was the best. Our drinks were delivered quickly and refilled when needed. She gave us recommendations on food items and sauces. Our food was brought out quickly and was hot and delicious. CHELSEA came over to check on us often despite the fact that they were busy with many people there for the football games as well. We recommend eating there, but we highly recommend having CHELSEA as your server.

I ordered takeout from here and they forgot some of my order. This is the third time this has happened. They say that they will refund you but they never do. I also ordered 15 boneless wings with two different sauces they only put sauce on 10 wings and left 5 plain. I also got a chicken strip that looked like a fried bone. It was very tough so I just threw it away. Their prices are too high to have this kind of quality.

I ordered takeout on the app. It was supposed to be ready at 520pm. It was not ready until 546pm. Oddly enough, they brought out 4 takeout orders at the same time. Food was only mildly warm. Tried the cheese curds for the first time, $4 upcharge from the fries, they were horrible. Salty, rubbery bits of flavorless nothingness. Last time I will ever eat here again.
