I’ve never dined inside, I have always gotten to-go and every time I am missing items and waiting for well beyond my pickup time. Today, 5/26, I did a pickup for 7:30, arrived at 7:32 and didn’t get my order till 8:05. I did a quick peek and noticed I was missing my cheese fries. The manager on duty was very nice and got me the correct ones. The woman working the counter was quite slow and had no care in the world to get my drinks, maybe she was new since she seemed lost. When I finally got home, I was still missing items! A large ranch, and a brownie. The food is good for what it is, but if you get to-go ensure you have time to wait extra long for an order and triple check your bag before you leave.

Sean the manager resolved a difficult issue with a doordash delivery. His management skills are excellent and a breath of fresh air. Customer service seems to have almost disappeared across America in the last few years and his attention to detail and service was nothing short of professional. Keep up the good work!

The manager is outstanding. When an UberEats driver messed up my order and brought someone else’s food, then proceeded to cancel my order altogether, I was very upset. Not only did this driver mess up our food, but another person also had theirs wrong too, and then the driver ended up with free food for herself. I called the manager at BWW to explain the situation and re-order. She was so understanding and caring. I wanted to confirm we’d be getting fresh/hot food when we placed the order again, not the original order from over an hour before. She confirmed that we would, and even included 2 desserts to help make the situation right. NONE of the issue was anything BWW did, but was 100% the driver mess up. And yet she still saw to it to treat us right and give the freebies too. Amazing service. And great food too! Well done with customer service!

I ordered to go, I got there and when they finally asked me if I was there to pick up food and I gave them my name they told me they were out of the Mango Habanero sauce if I wanted another. You would think that either post make the option unavailable so you don't order it or notify you. They waited until I got there which pushed back my order. So then when I get home they gave me the wrong sauce on my order. To boot I gave them a tip on a takeout order.
