We all agree that Will is the greatest server we've ever had! He was super friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. He knew by my buddies' army uniform that we were in a rush and he went above and beyond to ensure the service would be quick. I also heard him be very friendly to the guests in the table behind us. 10/10!

Was very upset as we went to watch the Bills and Broncos and they said that they could not find the roku remote to change it to the game. We come back to our hotel room and its on a regular channel. So I take they wanted to lose a bunch of business. Only one waitress was working and everyone else was just standing around doing absolutely nothing while there was lines at the door. Very poor business. Dont expect to much from this place as we are visitors and this was our experience. Very very sad. 😔 😟 🙁

Worst BWW I’ve ever been to. Everything from the food to the service was horrible, and I am not being dramatic. I sat at the bar and there was no bartender all night for some reason, I’m not sure why. When I first arrived a lady took my order for a beer and told me my assigned bartender would be out soon. Eventually after about 20 minutes a bartender showed up and I placed my order for food. However, she stated she needed an employee card or something to place my order and since she did not have it, she would have to wait until she received it. So another 10 minutes goes by and I continue drinking my beer and I just eventually placed my order online to speed up the process. I ordered a regular cheeseburger with tater tots and for some reason they loaded the burger with pork. 🤮🤮🤮. I don’t even eat pork. Bacon is not on the BWW smash burger so idk why they would do something like that. Man I guess all the employees are children

I’ve been here for 5 years and it’s just gotten worse. Every order I get to go for the last year or two is always wrong and missing something. Every time. I literally just ordered and got food there 40 minutes ago and with no surprise it was wrong. I ordered the 20/20 wing deal and it was missing 10 boneless wings and 10 bone in wings. I said something to them and they said they couldn’t do the 20/20 and did the 10/10. But they never told me that. And the food has gone downhill. Their corporate office needs to do something about this restaurant. It’s literally the worst place here now that BK is gone.
