I thought I would give this Burger King another try after they've been open for well over a year. Unfortunately they seem to be just as badly managed as they always have been. I've been sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes after making an online order. This restaurant truly is the worst managed I have ever experienced. I honestly don't know how Burger King corporate thinks that this location could possibly stay open.

Who ever was taking the orders at drive through the guy with a bunch of hair by far the worse attitude I have ever experienced at a drive through before. And you wonder why these business shut down in this area because of the employees that are hired, if you hate your job that much then don’t work there.

I don't normally leave reviews for fast food places. But every time I come here (down the street from work), Maria is running the drive thru. This woman has got to be the sweetest woman ever. Please give this woman a raise.

Through the drive thru the person taking my order was rude. Because I misheard them asking me what size I wanted as what side I wanted they spoke to me as though I was unintelligible. I usually like going to BK but after this interaction I will probably go to the BK on post rather than this location.

Nothing abnormal about their food except they don't always listen to online order like cutting my sandwich in half and adding extra onions. Two onions slices does not equal extra onions. The service is very slow and the men running the restaurant do not have any organization skills. Several young ladies have come into the mix and I've seen a real upgrade to organization and faster service. Hail to the ladies!

Well their hours listed on here are not accurate and it seems they fail to update them accordingly to reflect the ACTUAL HOURS theyre open. They're definitely not open until 12am on any day. They are open until 2000 during the week, then for whatever stupid reason they close at 1800 on the weekends.

I’ve been going here for about 6 years now for breakfast only. Wait times have been a little insane for fast food but I’m willing to wait for fresh food. The staff have always been friendly and the food has always been fresh with the hash browns being perfectly hot and crispy. I’m not too sure what has happened this past month. The last three times I’ve visited my food has came out super fast but with the sad cost that the hashbrowns are super stale to the point they’re not enjoyable and the sandwiches are barely warm. It’s been very disappointing..
