9/15 430p The lady working has nerve and is rude as can be. introduces herself as Theresa when you call I ask for price on an item that's behind the counter. pack of cigs that can vary $2 at different places she says she can't. i ask her why she says corporate handed it down they can't. i said i just called 2 other places they did she said yeah well we can't and I so what I'm told i asked why won't they let y'all and as I'm mid sentence she says have a good day and hangs up before i finish talking LOL what a joke... has customer service died even in a military town of the Midwest deep in the wooded hills. no hospitable charm no patience no doing what the paying customers ask nicely and then just hanging up on people. we'll they might have had a cheaper price by .50 cents and i would have spent $20 bucks but now I'll go to Kum n go they're way friendlier anyway lol lady there getting slammed by herself answers asks if i can wait shes alone and busy and comes right back and prices them for me and asks if i need anything else have a great day road ranger you suck 2 stars for a reason here's another one to bring your average down hire better managers I'm sure Theresa is a manager with the bravado and nerve to talk and handle it the way she did and clearly communicates with corporate but doesn't know why a policy is in place because she doesn't care about the place or the people or the policy or the money they lose because of her. GET HELP ROAD RANGER AND "corporate" lol AND TO THINK i applied to be their co-manager with my track record and resume and 2 different national awards under my belt at my last location/company last 5 years left after 7 and their stars are 4.8 with thousands of positives since i started running it 2018 LOL (anyone wanna guess which place to eat in st. Robert it was??? hint it's gone DOWNHILL since June lololol) anywho wouldn't wanna help them turn this location around anyway if rude ass "theresa" is who id have to CO-Mingle with Lolol works out no one ever called me or returned my calls lol

I put in a special order and they got it to a T. Tyler there has excellent customer service skills and was so very helpful. Food was so good I came back the next day for more! Thanks guys!Kid-friendliness: My kids LOVED the chicken strip

The lady had only 2 pieces of bone in chicken, a few old tenders and no biscuits for sale. The guy that is usually there has everything completely stocked when we stop in. If he isn't working I will avoid attempting to order
