Grumpy waitress. None of our steaks were even close to being cooked right. Rarely do this, but had to send them back. As we were leaving, saw table next to ours with three half-eaten steaks just left by the people at that table. I can't believe there are so many good reviews here. Looked like most business just one-time customers from Army graduations. They're just wasting cows.

I wasn't aware this was a chain restaurant. I couldn't tell by the atmosphere. Steaks cooked great, and bar has good selection. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Had a birthday party, just 4 of us. I asked for a booth and she said there was none available. I asked if we could wait for one and we backed off the the side. 2 minutes later she came and got us and took us to a table! I said what about a booth? She replied again ‘we dont have one available’. We should have left then..
service was good enough but the bday girls salmon was dry and overcooked and my filet had a huge chunk of fat on it. Never been served a fatty filet. Why order a filet if you like fat. I was pretty grossed out. Guess the hostess and the cooks dont care. ?♂️. Felt very rushed. Prolly last time we will go here.

Good stop for lunch on the way from Branson to St Louis. My favorite part was getting peanuts as a snack. I was expecting better food. But kids were happy with their choices

We were in town for my sons graduation from basic training. He chose Coltons for lunch and it was a great choice. We were first timers and would definitely go back if we ever find ourselves in the vicinity of one again.

Great service and a cool place to be at. The food is like the Temu version of Texas Roadhouse. It's not bad and it's filling... but it's not great.
But their fried pickles are on point!

I feel horrible doing this but, it was not a good experience. We came in and we’re told there would be a hour wait no problem. They were much faster than that. However I ordered the soup and salad and the potato soup tasted like straight flour. I went back-and-forth if I should say anything or not, but I thought I would hate for somebody else to order it not have let them known that it did not even taste good. The server literally told me that she’s always taste. The salad was huge. It was just a typical salad, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, croutons, and cucumbers not bad for $10. My biggest issue with it was definitely the service. I asked another question and she dismissed it without even finding out. I hate that I used to be a server and cannot not tip. She still got the 18% tip although I wanted to give her nothing in my heart it is exactly how much she earned. On the other hand. It was cute and clean.

My husband took me here for our 3rd wedding anniversary, and this is where we had our 1st date. Food was good, but my baked sweet potato was not real hot, other than that... Good Food. Destiny was our waitress. Preston & Kathy

Food was really good & steaks were cooked as ordered and were tender. The biggest issue we had was the waitress - forgetting to place the order for our appetizer, so had to remind her when she came back to take our order so it took a long time to finally get it. (We had ordered the appetizer while we looked over the rest of the menu.) Then it took forever for her to bring our salads & then our dinner arrived while we were still eating our salads, which we specifically asked her not to do. After one of our longer days of traveling (9 hours driving), we wanted to relax & enjoy a nice steak dinner. This was anything but relaxing & enjoyable. It really was too bad the waitress was so busy discussing what was happening in the neighborhood with what appeared to be friends and "regulars" at other tables that she didn't have the time or inclination to take care of other customers. This could have been a great restaurant experience if she had been paying attention to her job.
