We love the food at Cracker Barrel! And love them dumplings!! Servers are generally excellent too!! But my wife can rarely leave without at least one gift! A great break from the road.

The food was really good, came out quick. They were super busy so we didn't get the normal level of service. Everyone sat around with empty glasses. But overall, it was good.

The baby carrots i got were not edible. They were dry and gross. The server was nice but busy and kinda slow.

Ordered meatloaf. The meal was cold, meatloaf had gristle in it could not eat (told staff when checking out they offered refund). The chocolate cake saved the day. Would not stop there again.

My husband and I went to this location a little more then an hour before they closed. I should have just turned around when the server was at the hostess stand telling her to not seat her. My husbands food came out hot, mine came out cold. I had to flag our server Hailee down to ask her to reheat it. She put it in a microwave for 30 seconds and brought it right back out. It was still cold. She was too busy cleaning her section so she could leave to check back in with us. She didn’t come for 20 or so minutes to check on us because she was cleaning in preparation to leave. When she came back she just asked if we were ready for the check. I’d avoid this location at dinner time and just go elsewhere

Got a spoon with a chunk of food on it that was already in the coffee when I received it and with further inspection the cup was dirty as well. They wouldn't accommodate an individual who's got a major food allergy (alpha gal). So in the future you may want to be able to accommodate individuals with this as it is becoming more and more prominent. This was a first for us. We have been to other cracker barrel restaurants that have accommodated us with this need. Thank you.

I really did want to give this place a positive review. My first impression was that it was extremely cute. The decorations, store, etc had a cozy feel. I really didn’t have to wait long at all for a table even though it was pretty busy. It sadly went downhill from there. We were sat at a table that had some sort of sticky substance underneath it and made my shoes stick to the floor. It had looked like someone had to mop it but under our table was soaked, but still not clean. Our waiter came by and she was pretty short with us I could tell she was pretty stressed so I understand that. I think my drink wasn’t filled once or went empty most of the dinner. Also they were out of a decent amount of things but I didn’t mind. And my food came out lukewarm/cold. She gave us the bill and walked away even though we were waiting on dessert. We left without seeing her again and without our dessert (believe it was paid for as well.) The bathroom floor was also very wet but looked like it had not been swept just mopped so there was still stuff on the floor. Overall I feel like the service was mediocre for how much we paid along with not getting our dessert. I can say that the store is very cute and I had witnessed managers being very attentive to other customers about an issue with their bill. I don’t know if I would come here again as I am from out of town but maybe I would give it another try.

Parking: Parking is okay. We had to do a couple loops to find a spot but that’s expected on a busy night.

Went for work lunch and our server was on her game. I showed up a little later but knew what I wanted so the return was very quick. Best experience I've had so far.

It was so busy today, most likely bc of Thanksgiving, but Kayla provided the MOST exceptional, actually no, Kayla went beyond exceptional and genuinely made the entire experience. If I ever go to a cracker barrel again, itd have to be this one solely so i can have Kayla as a waitress again.
