Ordered thru the Dominos app, Large Pepperoni Pizza, Large Spinach Artichoke pizza and 16 wings.. once delivered I received a Large cheese pizza and spinach artichoke pizza and 16 wings. Called the store bout the order, they stated there was nothing they could do, because it was thru the app! Poor customer service by Dominos and the App sucks, cause I can clearly see I ordered what I purchased, was a Large Pep, Large Spinach and 16 wings.. Dominos, do better!!

We live on shalom mountain, and have had our food delivered up here multiple times. Ever since the new dominoes opened in waynesville now neither locations will deliver up here. Absolutely ridiculous. Way to lose out on alot of business you use to have up here on the hill.

Ordered two pizzas last night. My fiancé does not eat pork so we order very accurately to accommodate his diet. We got our pizzas and they were not right. I called the store and they could not remake them because they were closing. They issued me a refund. Today the manager gave me a call back and also put a credit to my account. I am please with the customer service they provided. I understand mistakes happen so I am very pleased with their management team reaching out to me!

I know they just opened, but whoever is running this new dominos is trash. I've ordered twice from the new location. The first time my pizza was burned. I used the credit from that one to order a pizza tonight. I ordered a pan pizza with onion, sausage and bacon. I got a hand tossed with onion, mushroom and olives. Thanks for another pizza credit. I wish I could use it at a different pizza place.

Placed an order online last Friday and then drove 25 minutes to the store to pick it up. Said their ovens were down and they couldn’t make orders. No phone call, no email, just wasted time and money. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!

Our group in Waynesville order some pizza Monday night to be delivered about 615pm thru the Domino app. We called St.Roberts sore about 630pm but was told it was going thru the Waynesville mo store, lol. We cancelled the order around 7pm. Waynesville mo Domino's is not open yet, Gosh, that sad and messed up

The new store is really nice! There was a problem with my order, I guess it got given away to the wrong person. The tracker app said my order was ready. The boss man identified what the problem was and took care of it with care and attention like I was the most important person in the world. These guys are great!

I decided to order food from home for the first time today. And I was anxious at first but became really shocked at how good the service was today and the person who delivered my food. Driver: Mike. The food was fresh, delicious, and nearly on time to a point. Thank you.
Second time ordering it arrived extremely fresh and early. Driver was Abi, and she was so kind. Love to have more people like her.

It’s domino’s. The food is usually what you would expect. I order the Caesar salad and usually it’s fine but this time it looks too nasty. If you work there and see that the prepackaged salad doesn’t look good - don’t use it!

I ordered two pizzas (one stuffed crust) and the estimated delivery time was 40-50 minutes. The pizza came much earlier to my surprise. But then i got another surprise. The pizza came so fast because it was undercooked. The cheese was completely white and looked a little under melted and the dough was raw in the middle. It was so undercooked that the dough was literally squishy.
So disappointing given im visiting st robert mo and theres not much around to eat. [Try PaPPos pizza it was much better]
