El Cabrito Mexican Restaurant

We just got lucky on this one! We picked the hotel next door and out of convenience went to this restaurant. It wasn’t a winning lottery ticket….but pretty close! Margaritas were tasty and queso was good (maybe a little runny) but flavorful. We ordered the shredded chicken chimichangas and they were excellent! The chicken was perfectly seasoned! So happy we ended up here! And service was so friendly and quick! A hidden gem for sure!

Do not eat the chips or anything fried - they clearly do not change out the friarlators. My sister ate 3 chips there before the meal and had such a cross-contamination allergic reaction her tongue swelled up and she started sweating profusely. She blacked out several times and almost landed in the ER. NOT recommended.

It’s been almost 5 years since I was traveling through the area and stumbled across this little gem of a restaurant. The food and service were spectacular and I hope to get back there someday to try it again

We were visiting family. My son liked the name and wanted to try it. Food and service top notch. We will definitely be back when we're in town again. Like my son stated it's a do over dad.

Not very accommodating to making changes for the lunch menu. Was told I could not add avocado to the lunch taco salad with chicken😪I would have understood pay extra but was told no adjustment to lunch menu

I came in with a large group for a birthday party. I really thought things were going well. Then on my bill I noticed I was charged $1.00 for my to go box. I just thought that was strange. I guess if you go there bring your own container.
