Burger had burnt meat around edge of burger, and it didn't taste well. Remove that waste for a better burger.

Just stopped in to try the custard and they were out of vanilla so anything they made would have chocolate base. How do you run out of vanilla custard when it is what you're known for? I opted out of getting anything, but my wife got a brownie Oreo concrete. It was thin and if there was any brownie or Oreo in it, I couldn't tell. Just seemed like a chocolate blob. Can't comment on food, but based on the rest of the experience, I doubt it is fantastic.

I tried to come and enjoy my birthday dessert with my son only to get an attitude from the manager about the ice cream being melted when it was handed to me. I saw the guy make it and set it in a tub while I stood there and waited to be called because the cashier told me my name would be called. I had to come back to the counter to ask for it while it was just sitting in this tub melting. I understand that the fudge and caramel is hot, but if they had called my name when it was done being made, like the cashier said, then maybe the ice cream wouldn't have sat there for 5 mins melting. When I asked if I could have it remade, the cashier said she would do it. I went to sit with my son to wait only for the manager to come up and tell me the toppings are hot. That she could remake it with cold toppings if I wanted. I couldn't even enjoy my birthday ice cream with my son because of their mistake. We just walked out, and now I'm out of my free dessert from my birthday offer because she made me uncomfortable as if my request was not possible. The guy who made it even took a picture of it after he made it and set it in some tub/cooler where it just sat and sat while I waited. He never called my name out. If I hadn't gone to ask about it, it would have just sat longer and longer. Thanks for ruining my birthday treat with my son. We had never gone into the restaurant until today and probably never will again....

This is a good Freddy’s location. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. I ordered a turtle sundae, it was delicious.

I asked what sauce they have for the tenders, but the trainee didn't know. Then the trainee asked me what sauce I wanted, and the manager stated "we can skip that" I'm not going to try a 3rd time.

The manager and service personnel were very attentive, making sure we are happy. They offered a free meal for veterans on veteran's day without any restrictions, even offered a coupon to be able to come back for it. Great experience! Way to go!

Excellent enthusiasm exhibited by the manager and staff. It was my first ever visit to a Freddy. The manager (my receipt says Santana) was very welcoming. The food was delicious as promised. I'll be back
