Great service & food. Order is always correct online, in person, and drive thru. The manager is always taking orders or helping prepare orders. They accommodate almost all food changes, lettuce wrap, add-in's, or removals.

It's pretty sad when your employees can't do anything without having to have their hand held the entire time doing something it's also sad that they can't follow simple instructions or pass along those simple instructions especially those pertaining to food allergies it's also pretty sad when an employee has to get their manager because again they have no idea how to follow simple instructions without again having their handheld the entire time the quality of customer service has definitely gone down the drain since 2023

This was the dirtiest Freddy's I've ever seen. I was surprised my wife was even willing to still get food, but we did. The cashier touched the rim of his nose several times while taking our order without washing his hands, and nobody was particularly friendly. My BBQ brisket burger was great, though not everyone with me enjoyed their food.

Freddy's is good no matter where you go. Our burgers here where nice and crispy, and all the toppings were fresh. Quick and polite service. Only critique was they didn't remember to not put onions on my wife's burger, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they probably didn't hear me clearly through the drive thru speaker.

Our recent visit to Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, through the drive-thru, was a mixed experience with some fantastic food and very poor service, leading to an overall rating of 3.6/5. Service: 1/5 Unfortunately, our interaction with the young man at the drive-thru was quite rude and unhelpful. When we asked a question about our order, he told us to just drive to the window and had already added the item we were questioning. After re-asking the question, which required an explanation, he simply rolled his eyes and nodded. We had to ask a third time before he finally gave a proper answer, which was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Food While the service was lacking, the food was a different story. The onion rings were fantastic (5/5), perfectly golden brown and crispy on the outside with a juicy, sweet onion on the inside. The cheese curds (2/5) were a bit of a letdown, as they were greasy and over-salted, though they did have the satisfying curd squeak we were hoping for. The Freddy's Original Double (4/5) was a classic, solid burger—exactly what you'd expect and very enjoyable. The real highlight was the Patty Melt (4.5/5). The bread was crispy, the onions were nicely caramelized, and the sandwich was huge and delicious. While the service was poor, the quality of the food made up for it in most cases. With a few tweaks to the cheese curds and a focus on better customer service, this could easily be a five-star review.

had an amazing experience thanks to this beautiful lady her name was Sender From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude turned a simple visit into something special. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

The food is good. The restaurant needs a bit of cleaning and better organization. The service can be a bit snarky.
