This is a good Freddy’s location. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. I ordered a turtle sundae, it was delicious.

I asked what sauce they have for the tenders, but the trainee didn't know. Then the trainee asked me what sauce I wanted, and the manager stated "we can skip that" I'm not going to try a 3rd time.

The manager and service personnel were very attentive, making sure we are happy. They offered a free meal for veterans on veteran's day without any restrictions, even offered a coupon to be able to come back for it. Great experience! Way to go!

Excellent enthusiasm exhibited by the manager and staff. It was my first ever visit to a Freddy. The manager (my receipt says Santana) was very welcoming. The food was delicious as promised. I'll be back

Food was good, served quickly, service was top shelf

Fries are top tier. Custard was delicious and lots of different versions. We had an amazing experience with Dee. She offered color sheets to our kids and went out of the way to make sure we were doing okay and asked if our food was good. She also gave treat cards to our kids after they turned in their color sheets to her. She is an amazing person and great with customer service. She needs to be recognized.

I don’t live in Rolla, but I have stopped at this location about 20 times over the last two years. I eat at Freddy’s all the time near my house, but this location consistently takes a really long time to order or get your food. Today only one car in front of me took about 25 minutes, and my fries tasted weird, they were kind of chewy with little seasoning, The burger was great
