I've been to multiple sushi restaurants with Michelin Stars and Glassico is an easy #1 pick for both appetizers and wasabi. There will always be a difference on the coastline for restaurants that pull the fish in that morning but both the sushi and sashimi here were still very good in comparison. However, Glassico has the best gyoza, takoyaki, and wasabi I've ever tasted. Very surprised and very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Love their poke bowls! Small place, low staff but they are super quick I feel. I didn’t like how one time they were so packed they turned waiting people away, when more walked in they got sat right away as other guests finished eating and left.

Arrived there just 30 minutes after they had opened up and they were already filled up, so there was a bit of a wait. Parking still had openings surprisingly. The Ramen was wonderful. A highly authentic presentation and quality was top notch. The sushi was well plated and delicious. There was only a single server present, but they were very efficient in taking our order and getting the food to us in a timely manner. The atmosphere is simple yet elegant in the traditional sense. If you are in a super hurry, you might seek something else as some items such as Ramen cannot be carried out, but if you have the time, well worth a visit.

Love the ambience. Best sushi in town.
We LOVE this place. It is the best ramen we have had since actually living in Japan. My daughter is 8 and would eat here every night if she could.
The staff is amazing and the main waitress is the absolute sweetest person. I 100% recommend.
Side note: they close at 8pm usually so best to get there before 7pm to make sure you have time to eat. Ramen is always fresh and hot when served so it takes a bit to cool down!

Tremendous
Local restaurant... basic selection of sushi, very limited variety of ramen, decent pricing, overall good food.
The staff, food, and setting are always First Class. Great dining experience, and the seats at the sushi bar give a unique perspective you can’t see from most restaurants. We will be back ASAP!
Way overpriced for the quality of the food. Server wasn’t very nice and it took a really long time to get our food even though there was hardly anyone there. Their ramen had one single slice of pork and was a smaller serving than any other ramen place I’ve been to. They also don’t serve parties greater than four people, so it’s not a great spot to go out with friends. Overall, not somewhere we would go back to.
