I was so excited to eat here and I wasn't disappointed! I've only ever had instant Ramen, so I don't have the best comparison, but it was so good. I had the Tonkatsu. I can't wait to go back. I liked the look of the place, also.

Good food but don't expect to ever get someone on the phone to place an order. You can only order in person.

So proud of Gigi and David and everything they’ve poured into this restaurant. You can feel their heart and commitment in every bite — from the incredible yellowtail and salmon belly nigiri (my absolute favorites) to the best ramen you’ll find anywhere. Their sweet sake is the perfect finishing touch and honestly a must-try. What makes it all even better is who they are: two of the kindest, most genuine people you could ever meet. This place is such a reflection of their warmth and passion, and I’m always so happy to come back.

Never once had a bad experience since 2018. It's our home away from home. One of the few restaurants we go out to eat in this little town.

A True Hidden Gem!
Glassico Sushi and Ramen is an absolute standout when it comes to authentic Japanese dining. From start to finish, everything ordered was a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, and freshness.
Starting with the takoyaki, golden and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with a generous drizzle of sauce, mayo, and bonito flakes that danced in the steam - exactly how takoyaki should be!
Next came the sushi selection, and it was a showstopper. The salmon was melt-in-your-mouth fresh with a subtle sweetness, the seared tuna had just the right smoky char, and the yellowtail was delicate and buttery. The unagi (eel) was glazed perfectly, rich and savory with just the right amount of sauce. Each piece was plated beautifully and tasted even better than it looked.
The highlight, though, was the ramen. The broth was luxuriously creamy and packed with umami, clearly simmered to perfection. The tender slices of chashu pork were seared to add depth of flavor, while the marinated soft-boiled egg had that perfect golden yolk. Topped with fresh green onions, wood ear mushrooms, and narutomaki, it was the kind of bowl you want to savor slowly—but can’t help finishing fast.
On top of all this, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Watching the chef at work behind the counter added to the experience, making it feel like a true culinary performance.
Whether you’re craving fresh sushi, comforting ramen, or classic Japanese street food, Glassico Sushi and Ramen delivers on every level. This place deserves all the praise - it’s a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.
I've been to multiple sushi restaurants with Michelin Stars and Glassico is an easy #1 pick for both appetizers and wasabi. There will always be a difference on the coastline for restaurants that pull the fish in that morning but both the sushi and sashimi here were still very good in comparison. However, Glassico has the best gyoza, takoyaki, and wasabi I've ever tasted. Very surprised and very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Love their poke bowls! Small place, low staff but they are super quick I feel. I didn’t like how one time they were so packed they turned waiting people away, when more walked in they got sat right away as other guests finished eating and left.

Arrived there just 30 minutes after they had opened up and they were already filled up, so there was a bit of a wait. Parking still had openings surprisingly. The Ramen was wonderful. A highly authentic presentation and quality was top notch. The sushi was well plated and delicious. There was only a single server present, but they were very efficient in taking our order and getting the food to us in a timely manner. The atmosphere is simple yet elegant in the traditional sense. If you are in a super hurry, you might seek something else as some items such as Ramen cannot be carried out, but if you have the time, well worth a visit.
