I've been to multiple sushi restaurants with Michelin Stars and Glassico is an easy #1 pick for both appetizers and wasabi. There will always be a difference on the coastline for restaurants that pull the fish in that morning but both the sushi and sashimi here were still very good in comparison. However, Glassico has the best gyoza, takoyaki, and wasabi I've ever tasted. Very surprised and very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Love their poke bowls! Small place, low staff but they are super quick I feel. I didn’t like how one time they were so packed they turned waiting people away, when more walked in they got sat right away as other guests finished eating and left.

Arrived there just 30 minutes after they had opened up and they were already filled up, so there was a bit of a wait. Parking still had openings surprisingly. The Ramen was wonderful. A highly authentic presentation and quality was top notch. The sushi was well plated and delicious. There was only a single server present, but they were very efficient in taking our order and getting the food to us in a timely manner. The atmosphere is simple yet elegant in the traditional sense....
