I was so excited to eat here and I wasn't disappointed! I've only ever had instant Ramen, so I don't have the best comparison, but it was so good. I had the Tonkatsu. I can't wait to go back. I liked the look of the place, also.

So proud of Gigi and David and everything they’ve poured into this restaurant. Glassico Sushi and Ramen is an absolute standout when it comes to authentic Japanese dining. From start to finish, everything ordered was a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, and freshness.
