Workers play too much and can't even treat their own employees with respect. Picked up my mobile order and noticed them harassing/bullying other coworkers. Especially when they're younger. Dude looked young and it was probably his first job. Treat others with respect and you might actually get some people to respect you and want to work for you.

This is the worse Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, slow service and they always mess up your sandwich.

Every sandwich we purchased was incorrect, 7 to be clear. The bread was hard and we are traveling, so it was really disappointing when we hit the highway and realized they were all incorrect. Tomatoes were on everything, pickles were ordered for 4 out of the 7 and 1 had pickles. Jimmy Johns is our go to for subs at home so we were really disappointed with this visit.

After living in St. Robert for about a year, we've come to recognize a pattern: because of the town's proximity to the freeway, many restaurants seem to cater to one-time travelers rather than returning locals. That economic reality shapes the experience—at too many places, food quality is low, customer service is indifferent or outright rude, and there’s little incentive to improve. We've had enough bad experiences at Panera Bread, Burger King, and Ocean Buffet here that we've stopped going entirely.
But Jimmy John’s is the exception.
This drive-thru sandwich shop has become one of our absolute favorite spots in town—not because it’s fancy, but because it gets the fundamentals right. The sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the bread in particular is addictive: soft, chewy, flavorful, and always fresh. It’s simple food done very well.
What truly sets this Jimmy John’s apart, though, is the consistent courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Every time we’ve needed help—whether asking for a substitution, clarification, or even just a moment of patience—we’ve been met with kindness and respect. That’s a rare thing in this town.
Another standout detail: there’s no push for tipping. No guilt-laden kiosks preloading 20% gratuities. No passive-aggressive tip jars. And when we do offer a tip because the service genuinely deserves it, the staff is visibly surprised and sincerely grateful. It’s clear they’re just doing a good job because that’s how they run their business—not because they expect extra money for basic decency.
If you’re someone spending money in St. Robert and getting let down at other restaurants, I’d suggest moving your dollars over to Jimmy John’s. They’ve earned our loyalty through great food, solid service, and a refreshing lack of the entitlement we’ve seen elsewhere.
Support places that treat people well. Jimmy John’s does.

Went in and got our food rather fast and fresh. Manager was juggling phone calls, online orders, uber eats drives, walk-in customers, drive-thru customers, and people coming in and yelling at him for not answer the phone. The manager handled this situation perfectly and I wish I would have gotten his name as he handled a situation that even the customers sitting down were annoyed by.

I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom and I got a bun and provolone cheese only. How hard is it to make a damn sandwich. Can I have some turkey please?
I’m a regular customer here. They weren’t busy but the person was really rushing my order and I couldn’t get through my customizations. He also never asked for my rewards account and when I told him I had one he didn’t add me so I never got points for this transaction.

Honestly, I do not get it. I have been to this location a few times and the subs are never ready on time. I placed a large order on a day when I’m certain they’re less busy but I still had to wait half an hour after the requested time. They’re polite enough but that kind of wait while majorly inappropriate music is blasting in the space is just too much to take.
