I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom and I got a bun and provolone cheese only. How hard is it to make a damn sandwich. Can I have some turkey please?

Honestly, I do not get it. I have been to this location a few times and the subs are never ready on time. I placed a large order on a day when I’m certain they’re less busy but I still had to wait half an hour after the requested time. They’re polite enough but that kind of wait while majorly inappropriate music is blasting in the space is just too much to take.

My family and I were traveling, and after about 7 hours on the road, we stopped here. Our first impression was that the store was closed as nothing showed that it was open, including neon's being off. When we ordered, the girl taking order was short mannered and just unpleasant. I tried ordering an item that was advertised in the store, to which I was informed they didn't have that anymore, and she argued that it wasn't until I showed her the sign.
Halfway through ordering, another lady steps in to finish taking our. She was more pleasant but messed up the order, not confirming what she put into the system. One of the 5 items was completely wrong, and two others lacked additional ingredients that were paid for. We were 30 minutes down the road for a picnic before noticing this establishment's shortcomings.
To add to the issue, I called the store to inform them of the issue, and the lady I talked to seemed to not care at all. The order was placed just before 3pm on 1 Jan 2025. Way to ring in the new year.

The gal that took our order was very angry. She couldn’t answer any questions We had. There wasn’t anyone in the restaurant so she wasn’t over worked from what we could see. I’m not sure why She was so Mad at us!?? Unwrapped our sandwiches the meat & cheese was completely Out of the bread!! I will say the bread was very fresh & good after I reassembled it….. The inside wasn’t that picked up. My husband went up before we left & a thin young man was VERy kind. Ordered a cookie & he offered us to sign up for rewards. The gal Never said a word about it??!! He & the sandwich maker guy thanked us for coming in. Which was Very nice. ……..The way I see it is If people like us do not stop in then They won’t need to stay open. A smile & thankful goes along way.

Heavier, short haired girl with gages working at night was very rude and made my sandwich completely wrong. Very curt when I went to pick up my order, was visible inside slamming stuff and throwing her hands up in irritation while making it. Totally forgot my meat... Tall, heavier gentleman working there the same night remade it for me and was lovely and very nice. Props to him, he did great, but I genuinely don't think the girl is cut out for customer service if she is going to act hostile about just doing her job.

Lorraine was extremely helpful, kind, and had great customer service. Please come to the Jimmy Johns in St. Robert and ask for her service. You will not regret it.

I had heard rumors that this was the best Jimmy John’s in the county, possibly even the state, so my kid and I had to try it out. After an afternoon of chores on the farm, we decided to hit JJ’s for some dinner chow on the way home. Kid got the #1 and I got the #16. We both opted for the “giant” size because we were pretty hungry, and each got a cookie and a drink. We placed our orders with some of the nicest people this side of Chic-Fil-A, and went to hit the drink station. The cherry coke was next to heavenly. I don’t know what made the cherry coke at this JJ’s better than the cherry coke from the Casey’s just down the road, but it definitely just hit different. Turned around, got back to our seats and BOOM! Sandwiches were ready. I don’t know if the motto is still “subs so fast you’ll freak,” but if it isn’t… it should be. Kid and I each smashed half of our sandwiches and had the strangest sensation… we were full. From an 8” sandwich. Thats crazy. I’m a big dude. I don’t get full from an 8” sandwich. But like the Cherry Coke, this sandwich just hit different. Packed up to leave and Colby behind the counter convinced us to try some pita chips and hummus. I’m a barrel chested American freedom fighter. I don’t eat pita chips and hummus. I don’t even know what hummus is. But Colby seemed like a solid dude and he just had this look on his face like I should trust him, so we decided to give it a shot. Guess what… after 38 years on this earth, it turns out I like hummus. Thanks for looking out Colby! We’ll be back for sure. 10/10 stars, definitely give this JJ’s a shot. Worth every penny, and if you get the giant, you’ll have leftovers for second dinner.
