Mardiyama Hibachi Express & Sushi St. Robert

For the price it's pretty good. The sushi rice could use a little more vinegar, and the avocado was not cut very uniformly. In the hibachi, the chicken was a bit too dry and the steak was undercooked and very chewy/stringy (I'm guessing low quality meat), but the flavor was good.

The dumplings were crispy and perfect. Would have preferred salmon in addition to shrimp and tuna on my rainbow roll, but it was tasty regardless. (I'm always slightly disappointed when food is served in what amounts to to-go containers. I so prefer when eating in a restaurant, meals served on a plate, not plastic and basically paper.)

Nice place, excellent price and comfort food, especially for those who like sushi 😇

The food was, as it usually is, pretty good.

Someone desperately needs to purposely train the kitchen staff on timing.
My wife and niece ordered taken and I got hibachi - they were done eating before my good arrived at the table.
The fact that the meat in my wife's blown was almost cold didn't help either.

Pro tip: begin preparing the meal that takes the longest time first, and then the meals that take less time. All meals should arrive at the table at approximately the same time, not 15 minutes later.

This was my second visit for take-out, just passing through on the way to OKC again. My Asian wife really likes the Grilled Tilapia, it's a point now to arrive in St Roberts before the restaraunt closes. It's a good dish that includes grilled veggies and rice. Unfortunately, the wife scarfed it before I could get some pics...next time!

The sushi was very tasty. My family got hibachi meals. They loved the rice. The meats (filet, shrimp, scallops) were cooked perfectly. Overall, we’re very impressed.

We showed up late, and had a big order. They! Did! Amazing! The best lobster roll I ever had ?

I go here regularly. Employees are super friendly and great atmosphere. Food is made fresh and never disappoints.

This place is quick, easy, friendly and always my go to. They make some things that others either struggle with or just doesn't get it right. Or the biggest, offering items that others just don't have.
