I am a loyal customer and often come here almost every month. Every time I call this place to place an order, I’m put on hold every time and they never end up coming back to the phone.
Minutes and minutes will go by, and sometimes they won’t even mute the phone, so you can HEAR they aren’t busy or that they forgot about you.
I have to either hang up and call again, or I end up walking in and speaking with someone.
Last time they discounted my meal and gave me a calendar which was generous! But it makes up for nothing if I still keep getting the same terrible customer service. It’s always the young boy or girl that forgets about me and it sucks that I may have to take my business elsewhere.
