Everytime I order my BBQ Chicken Sandwich, has onions on it and I ask that they are not on there. Reading and understanding is a must in this world. Jeez, I love yall Sandwich, but please get it right........
Good crew good people ask them what to get they won't let you down
Store was dirty staff was dismissive and there was practically no chicken in my salad or on my kids chicken sandwich. No bueno go to the one in Rolla it’s always good
Great service, excellent food. Wondering why they were a little low on splenda and cream.
Neat neon display being built close by.
This restaurant is usually out of something I order. The prices are too high for what is served.
This Panera location has gone downhill—badly. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and it’s frustrating to see how much it has declined. The place is severely understaffed, and management is practically nonexistent. The drive-thru is a joke—30+ minutes for three cars? Completely unacceptable. Inside, it’s just as bad. One person handling the register, preparing food, and packing orders? No wonder the service is ridiculously slow. On top of that, dirty dishes are overflowing, and no one is cleaning them. The lounge area is filthy—and this is just as lunch is starting. This place is in serious need of new leadership and staff before it drives away every last customer.
I rarely go to Panera anymore because it always sucks. And on this visit, I was not disappointed. It still sucks. It is unbelievable how much they charge for such substandard food. It was close to 10:30 a.m. when breakfast ends so of course they blew off my specific request to put my sandwich on a croissant and just grabbed one of the already made sandwiches that have been sitting there for a very long time and was barely lukewarm. And as usual, the diet Pepsi tastes weird. I don't know what it is about them but I can go down the street and get diet Pepsi from mobile and it'll taste great. This place sucks. I had to go here because that's where we were meeting. If I had a choice, I would have eaten somewhere else.
Service was decent for it being later in the evening! We tried here for the first time and everything was very confusing. Where the drinks were, why we had to ask for the correct tea because it was behind the counter, not knowing anything about how to order and what not. The chicken walnut cranberry salad and it was amazing, the squash soup reminded me of pumpkin pie purée lol. But all in all, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either, maybe one day we’ll come back and try something different! We were wanting to eat something light but filling after a long day, and it was definitely light!
My sandwich was thrown together. Like 1 big blob of chicken salad in middle of bread. Lettuce looked old. Took forever for them to make the coffee. No soup. Servers where non caring. Smelled burned bread while dining in.
The last 3/4 sandwiches I've ordered, there was barely anything on them. Panera has gone downhill.

Nothing is like Panera Bread ♥️
Have always had great service and great food. Last night for dinner I had my boyfriend pick up dinner for a coworker and myself. She had the broccoli cheddar soup. I had the chicken noodle soup. Both were very thin on ingredients. They were mainly broth. Was very disappointed. Will probably be a long time to go back, if we go back.
Got soups for ailing friends and got myself a chai latte too. Staff was all smiles restaurant was buzzing but didn't have to wait long. Visited just prior to noon.
i was beyond pleased with my experience tonight! the manager michelle was the kindest most helpful and amazing person she made my night! i will 100% return to this location just because of my interaction with her! every restaurant needs more michelles!!

Came in and ordered my food. I would think that since they don’t have pagers, they would’ve called my name to let me know that my food was ready. No. Instead, I had to go to the counter and see that it had been sitting there for about 10 minutes. When I grabbed it, the lady behind the counter looked at me as if she didn’t really care for me, or any regard to the fact that my food was sitting on the counter and could’ve possibly gotten cold. Mind you, another person who ordered food had their name called. Makes no sense to be treated this way. It’ll be a while before I come back, if I ever do.
