I had such a disappointing experience at Panera today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a mac and cheese, expecting something fresh for the $11 they charge. Instead, I watched the employee literally pour the mac and cheese out of a plastic bag straight into the to-go bowl with no gloves on, then stick it in the microwave. I get that some items are prepped ahead, but the way it was handled was honestly unacceptable. For a place that advertises quality food, this was really disappointing. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be ordering that again.

Tried the Hot Italian sandwich on baguette and enjoyed very much. Wife had the bean soup. Something she looks forward to as it's a seasonal offering

I think they had a few call outs. The manager obviously was clueless that the two girls needed help. When the manager finally came up front on cash…she literally stood there staring at me. I finally said ummm can I order?? No good morning, can I take your order… definitely not the Panera atmosphere expected.

I’ve been craving Panera like crazy for a couple of months now 🤣🤤 I stopped through the Drive Thru after work and got a You Pick Two with a mediterranean veggie sandwich and tomato soup, my food was correct even though I added a customization and the girl working the Drive Thru was incredibly nice. I would heavily recommend 👍

Wanted to share in hope they will bring back the old frosted cookies. I just tried the new white chocolate coated pumpkins, and they are nothing like the amazing frosted shortbread they had previously. I loved often buying those for my family in each season, but these do not taste like Panera quality.

Panera bread has a new avocado toast with feta... Lord have mercy so so good. We bought it three times but only the first one was good.
Bought some chocolate croissant at 8.30 am . They were completely stale. Could not eat them

Store was dirty staff was dismissive and there was practically no chicken in my salad or on my kids chicken sandwich. No bueno go to the one in Rolla it’s always good
