I ordered a papa bowl, which was extremely greasy, also ordered utensils, and none were delivered because they don't have utensils. Ordered diet Pepsi and Pepsi zero sugar was sent. Ordered a papadia and it had very little meat on it. Called the store and was told that Pepsi zero sugar and diet Pepsi are the same thing. I asked why they didn't call since they couldn't properly fill the order, and was laughed at. Ate the papa bowl with my fingers since no utensils were sent. Will never order from this place again, and I recommend others stay away too, unless you like bad service and minimal food for the price.

We just ordered pizza at 10pm and got a notification it was on its way. 5 minutes later they canceled the ordered at 11:05. Convenient that they waited till 5min after they closed and canceled our ordered. Why couldn't they tell us at 10 when we ordered? We're traveling and starving and your staff pulled a fast one. What if your staff did that every night to all orders at 10pm? Thats terrible business!

First time visit, although food made fast and counter staff was really good, the pizza was terrible. Overcooked, dry, breadsticks overcooked dry, almost cooked to a cracker type consistency.

We ordered pizza late and was given a delivery time of 10:30. At 10:30 I was sent a text saying our delivery was moved to 10:45. At 10:45 I sent a text asking if there was a new ETA. I went on the tracking and the ETA was moved to 11:21. Then the order was cancelled. No call, no text or email. I checked the tracking and it was cancelled.

I order delivery from this location and it is always very fast! The pizza is always piping hot and the vegetables on the pizza are fresh. I never have problems with this location and I’m a frequent customer. I recommend!
Typically in the past we get good hot food in a decent time frame. This time we ordered. Food said it was delivered. Called the store because we didn’t receive anything. Stated he was stacked with multiple orders and it just left with the delivery driver. 35 minutes later the delivery shows up with cold food and warm sodas saying it took him all over different roads. We have not had a single friend or family member have a hard time finding our house with gps. Forgot a soda and said he would run to the gas station and get one. Came back with 2 and apologized for the inconvenience. More than likely a management issue vs a delivery driver issue. Delivery driver was nice. The experience wasn’t so much.

So Papa Johns Pizza let us place an order OVER THE PHONE said it would be ready in 11 minutes. We immediately went to pick up said pizza and nobody is in the store. We’ve already been charged for it. I understand inclement weather but don’t take an order and charge for it if you aren’t going to follow through with the order.

I've ordered from this place 3 times over the last year. All several months apart hoping for a different result. I've learned my lesson. Order your food at 530 and get it at 7. Why would I want cold and old pizza? Why is it when I call and ask at the 45 min mark "where is my pizza" they claim it's on the way. I live 8 minutes away. Finally arrives 45 minutes after the call. 90 minutes total. Once it was over 2 hours and I had already gotten food elsewhere when the delivery arrived. This place is a joke. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM.
