The restaurant was too busy doing orders for Ghost Restaurants (Mr Beast Burger and several others) takeout orders to worry about Ruby Tuesday customers. Waited 40 mins for nothing. Garden Bar was missing items. Wasn't checked on once while we were waiting for food qnd couldn't talk to anyone about the garden bar.
They ran out countless orders to dashers and puckup customers but lost quite a few ppl waiting up front to be sat.

I keep giving this place a chance hoping it’ll be better every time. This time was just absolute the worst. I placed an order for pick up at 5:45 and it said it would be done at 6:15. I got here then, wasn’t ready, so I am still sitting here waiting after an hour for a small order. I have hungry kids and this is the longest I have ever waited.
